Siamo stati in questo hotel durante il weekend di Pasqua, il posto è molto bello e ben tenuto! La pulizia delle camere è veramente ottima. Buonissima anche la colazione con prodotti freschi tutti i giorni e la possibilità di avere omelette o crêps fatte al momento. Il personale è stato disponibile e gentile durante tutto il soggiorno!

Posizione eccellente, personale di grande professionalità e gentilezza. Pulizia impeccabile. Si dorme divinamente e la colazione è ricca e variegata. Che dire ci ritorneremo. Ottimo punto di riferimento per i colli senesi. Parcheggio molto comodo

Nice place but instant coffee (not just in the room but what was available downstairs) in any hotel much less an Italian one is completely uncool and totally unsat.

Very well situated hotel within the walls of San Gimignano. Very helpful and friendly staff that make you feel at home. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with a choice of how you would like your eggs. Can highly recommend this hotel when looking for a place to stay in Tuscany. Oh and they have an underground area with antiques and an old well that is very interesting, thus the name of the hotel.

ottimo soggiorno, purtroppo solo una notte - in pieno centro, comodo anche per carico/scarico bagagli dall'auto e park pubblico a pagamento facilmente raggiungibile sia in auto che a piedi.

Come coppia con due figli bbiamo soggiornato in una camera familiare per una notte di passaggio.
L'hotel è in San Gimignano centro, la camera è un tuffo romantico nel passato ed era ben ordinata e spaziosa. La colazione inclusa dignitosa con buon cibo. Per l'ubicazione e per il servizio reso credo che il compenso richiesto sia giusto.

This is a lovely hotel, great value, conveniently located near one of the portas, close to parking and food. They do have an elevator, and you can pay the hotel to park in the lot for your whole stay, which was handy, and there is a lift from the parking lot up to town.

We can not say enough about Massimo. What a kind and helpful gentleman, and a dog lover, he has been our favorite person so far. The hotel has an ancient well and an excavated portion that you can view, don't miss it, it is amazing.
We did not add the breakfast to our room stay, a cappuccino and pastry is plenty for us, and there are cafes maybe 100 feet from the hotel.

Hotel staff were helpful, hotel is very clean, and has a lovely terrace.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful time on this hotel. Excelent location, food, cleaning.. the staff was very prestative and provide us with information to enjoy the town and the surrounding areas.... if I ever return to San Giminiano, I will definitely stay in this hotel once again. ❤️????????????
