A friend recommended The Other House to me and since then is my home when I am in London.
The location is great and intimate from the lobby to the game room to the bar, I doesn’t feel like being in an hotel.
I love the furnitures and the style of the rooms…
A big thank you to the great and supportive staff (James, Emmanuel, Sujata, …)

Amira is amazing on the bar and the vibes are awesome stayed here initially for 3 days and extended for 2 more because it was well priced for the quality that was given.

Stayed a few nights whilst in London on business. Great concept that really blurs the lines between traditional hotels, serviced apartments and private rentals. Plenty of different types of spaces and leisure facilities, a very different offering when staying in London, stunning property, really enjoyed it and will return

I visited with one of my friends the bar the owl and the monkey for a drink and ended up for one of the best nights in London.
We were sitting at the table and then after we went and sit next to the bar where we had the pleasure to meet Helen, Andrea and Guru. Very nice people so friendly and professional.
The barman made us few cocktails out of the menu just to match our tastes and they were amazing.
Smiley service by Helen and Guru and that makes the atmosphere much better.
Location and elegance on the bar is stunning.
Please go and visit as will be there next time for sure.

As expected, this is a good looking, pretentious place with outstandingly horrible customer service. Come for the looks, just don’t expect any upper end hotel service with the rate — didn’t find good value for money. There are no phones on rooms and staff are remarkably slow in replying to chat messages. Rooms are poor in amenities (ie robes or lotion) and upon asking staff passively-aggressively recommend heading to a near by convenience store.

Incredible experience! We stayed for 5 nights and can’t fault anything about this hotel/members club. The service is first class (special mention for Keegan at reception) and the standard of accomodation and decor is superb. Our expectations have been exceeded in every area.

Friends and I really enjoyed the Jazz Brunch event on the weekend. Delicious food and friendly service made for a great experience, and the decor is super cool which all adds to the fun vibe. Looking forward to checking out one of the DJ events next!

Meine Tochter und ich waren gut aufgehoben in The Other House. Wir fühlten uns sicher und der Service war top! Besonderen Dank an den Concierge Devesh! Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam hat er uns durch den Aufenthalt begleitet.
Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch nah zu Cafés, Geschäften, U-Bahn Stationen und Museen.
Das einzig Negative ist, dass man die Fenster in den Zimmer nicht öffnen kann. Es läuft alles über die Klimaanlage und das Zimmer riecht etwas muffig.
Ansonsten perfekter Aufenthalt!

We visited upon recommendation from friends who has previously stayed. Staff were all helpful and the facility. We tested the pool area with the sauna and steam room and was great and peaceful until a family with 2 small children came in and made it un-relaxing, so we vacated along with other users. Rooms were warm as others have mentioned but we managed to figure out a good setting to cool it off. Overall we would stay again.

My daughter and I stayed for over a week and we loved everything about it. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are really well appointed. There is a legitimate fitness facility and loved the various rooms for meeting and working. Only 3 minute walk from Gloucester station. HIghly recommended (extra thank you to front desk staff member Devsh for being so helpful!)

Prachtige kamers met salon en kitchenette, goede service, perfecte locatie om London te bezoeken. Tube op 2 minuten wandelen. Zou er opnieuw voor kiezen.
