I really do not get why this hotel has 5 stars. When you enter the hotel it’s incredibly loud cause the restaurant is directly next to it. The receptionist was friendly but I did not get any explanations for anything. Where is the pool I saw on the pictures? My room was okay but the sofa and curtains had stains, there were hair in my bed and the armchair was in a really bad shape. I would not stay here again as I think that the price is not reflecting the quality. I was frankly very shocked that the room was in that shape.

What an amazing stay at this beautiful and well looked after hotel! The staff were quite friendly yet professional and took care of all our needs!
The room was a delight and luxurious, the amenities, the mini bar…..everything was perfect!

Can’t go wrong with this East London outpost!

Brilliant Cecconi’s Italian with a lively ground floor scene and rooms that check all boxes with every amenity you could think of.

Nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés. Le service est parfait. Les chambres sont très agréables. Le Redchurch House est petit et sont emplacement est parfait. Le Shoreditch House est juste à proximité pour profiter de la salle de sport, piscine et restaurants.

We chose the Redchurch Townhouse as our wedding night stay and unfortunately we had such a disappointing experience. The room was nice but the staff were so unfriendly and didn't acknowledge at all it was our wedding night despite it being very clear from our attire and having made a note of it on our booking. There was no acknowledgement or congratulations and if there is anything I would change about my wedding day it would be the choice of place to stay. Will not be staying here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We did have a breakfast at Shoreditch house the next morning and the food was great and lovely service.

Beware if dining at Cecconi’s. My spouse’s bag was stolen while dining at the hotel’s restaurant, Cecconi’s. We had just arrived and went to grab a bite while we waited for our room to be ready. Spouse lost everything including iPhone, driver’s license, credit cards, cash and passport. The staff overall were just not very sympathetic to our plight. They showed us cctv footage but all that was good for was to see how the theft happened. The theft happened inside the restaurant, not out on the patio. I asked for a late check out the next morning and was given an extra hour. Upon checking out we were charged £75 for the extra hour, which had not been disclosed at the time of request. There was no accommodation made for our absolutely terrible experience. We spent our entire stay cancelling credit cards, contacting banking institutions, visiting the Canadian embassy and trying to get a new passport. What I can vouch for are the room amenities & skin care products: they are excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was luxurious. This is reflected in the price. The first floor hallway does have a very weird smell that needs attention. Summary in 6 words: beautiful hotel, no heart and soul.

A little gem in the heart of Shoreditch! Great location for transportation and lots to do nearby. Super lovely staff and amazing amenities in the room! Lost my luggage on the first few days of my trip but the room provides everything, from skincare to a variety of toiletries, complimentary cookies, coffee etc. The room was super spacious and clean. Overall one of my favourite hotels in London at a very decent price, highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again!:)

Everything is really beautiful and it’s cosy and tucked away in a great part of shoreditch. However, do not recommend if you value a good nights sleep. Unless you’re going out all night and not really staying in the room as it’s incredibly loud until the early hours any night of the week. Maybe try getting a room on a higher floor because the first 2 floors, your room will be shaking and you can feel the bass in your ears. Otherwise it’s cute. But I have no idea why an Italian restaurant has to blast club music all night. It should really be turned off by 11. So just a heads up.
