All their staff is helpful and ready to assist
However the rooms are quite small and windows cannot be opened
and no slippers available .
Under the windows there is a small lid with power plugs both UK and EU standard for easy charging of phone or laptop.
Breakfast is fairly good, there is room to be improved.
We used their meeting rooms and again service provided was good.
As my daughter fell ill from the cold and our flight time to return home was at 8:00 p.m, my wife asked the employee to extend the period of stay for some time, but he refused in a rude manner and said that you will pay 30 pounds if you wish to stay until 4:00 p.m, and he specified another amount to stay until 1:00 p.m, He added, “You must leave at 11 o’clock.” My wife told him that the universal norm is to leave at 12 o’clock, but he refused in a dry manner, saying, “I am the manager here and I am the one who decides, not you.”
They claim that the story of converting the place into a hotel was for charitable purposes, but the treatment of some employees is far from the simplest humanitarian aspects
