Lovley place nice modern but keeping the original features of the building .Good service didn't eat in there so sorry can't comment. Bathroom brilliant nice powerful shower but the bed ????worst.bed ever rock hard and classed as a large double but really was two singles put together this is the same in every room. Particularly don't like how they shove a service charge bill under the door on day of checkout . Optional of course ..but the cheek ..pool is lovley but small if there are 8 people in nice gym but limited otherwise very nice oh and the bar well there isn't one really nothing there.

The receptionists were helpful —Man, I did make quite a lot of requests!!

Room was spacious and well appointed. Very little air movement for me a the room got stuffy. It is a bit far out from City center. Rooms were very quiet.

Apartment style rooms. Beautiful interior. Nice staff.

For a hotel that appears to specialise in Weddings, the service we received was far from it. Our initial interaction with the hotel was incredible as the Director of Housekeeping showed us around and helped display to us how perfect the hotel could be for our Wedding night / mini moon. However, once we had decided to stay here the process became quite stressful. Upon initial booking, we were told a specific room could not be guaranteed without any further explanation (until we followed up further), we were told we could not check in early (even though email correspondence was suggesting otherwise) and room service was not explained to us properly / we could not order in advance and as a result, missed out on breakfast on the morning after the Wedding. In terms of additional services available to make a Wedding stay more comfortable, these were not initially offered to us until I enquired further and even then, our requests were not always fulfilled as the option for Champagne on arrival did not happen. We also paid for the exclusively yours room rate which appeared to add nothing to our stay. Throughout the booking process, they forgot on multiple occasions it was our Wedding stay (which explain quite a lot) but in all made us feel quite uneasy at what to expect. I was always led to believe that customer service, especially on your Wedding night, would be second to none but it felt as if it could have been any standard work trip for all of the service we did receive. Unfortunately, it did not feel like we had just got married by staying here and we were definitely not treated as a VIP guest which we were assured we would be.
It was not all bad though as the room was tidy (although there were drainage problems with the toilet), the bed was comfortable and the space itself was a good size to relax in. The spa treatments we ordered to our room were really lovely, the breakfast was delicious when we had it and the front desk were always friendly. This hotel clearly has potential but maybe a few lessons need to be learnt on what it means to give great customer service. In all of the stress planning a Wedding entails, I would not recommend this hotel for the occasion.

Nous avons expérimenté ce très joli hôtel en couple.
Très propre, très bien rangé, très confortable, très agréable, très bien situé (bus et metro juste à côté), personnel souriant et très gentil, le petit déjeuner bien varié et délicieux, très bon rapport qualité prix, je dirais même qu'il n'est pas cher par rapport à son luxe.
Pour résumer c'était Parfait.

Historic town hall building converted into a luxury hotel. Quite a few local historic artifacts in the lobby and hotel decor. Very nice rooms and service. 2 specialty restaurants on site.

Stayed here while visiting London. It is a good place for family and walking distance from the metro central line. The rooms are apartment style and very large compared with what you can find inside the city. It took 10-15 min in the metro to reach most places. The have a kitchenette and a washer but no dryer in the rooms but there is plenty of space to hang clothes out to dry. Overall its a good value but there is no parking for the car. Parked in front of the hotel on the street for the weekend and had to find and rent a parking space for the car the remainder of the time using JustPark application. Reception staff were Wonderfull and very helpful.

Don't stay! Such a lot of money ,beautiful building but that's about it.
Breakfast woeful. I booked a deluxe room but was given a basement room cold ,the heater they bought me had no wheels.
No ambience whatsoever & they add a service charge to your overpriced room for the pleasure of not having it cleaned.
Geeta will tell me to reach out & they will talk to me .I have written a letter emailed 3 times ,even spoke to head office & no-one has "reached out".
Don't care.. Please don't stay.
