Popped in for breakfast & a coffee before the day started. What's not to like. Bargain.

Great hotel in a fantastic location close to all sights around Westminster and two tube stations. Room was spotless , no noise from neighbours and a fantastic full breakfast for only £8 !

Hotel con una ubicación céntrica privilegiada, muy cerca de monumentos como el Big Ben, el London Eye y la Abadía de Westminster. Las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas, pero es una buena opción para hacer una escapada turística de un fin de semana.

We was greeted with a lovely smile and the staff at the desk couldn"t have been more friendly . Our room was small but plenty of room for 1 nights stay and lovely and clean .

Ich hatte nach den Rezensionen nicht allzu große Erwartungen. Für diesen Preis bekommt man ein sauberes, topmodernes Zimmer mitten im Zentrum, einen Steinwurf von der Tube und der Westminster Abbey entfernt. Auch das Frühstück für 7 Pfund ist unschlagbar. Von allem ist etwas da. Ein absolutes Plus ist auch der kostenlose Tee und Kaffee. Mein Zimmer hatte ein kleines Fenster mit Ausblick auf eine Büroetage. Zu den Zimmern kommt man nur mit der Schlüsselkarte, die sowohl im Aufzug als auch für den Flur benötigt wird. Das gibt einem ein sicheres Gefühl. Ebenfalls top fand ich, dass man die Wärme im Zimmer selbst einstellen und auch die Klimaanlage komplett abstellen kann. Alles in allem ist das Zimmer groß genug, das Bett sehr bequem, TV und WLAN funktionieren gut. Nur telefonieren macht man besser vor der Tür. Wer für ein leckeres Essen nicht weit laufen möchte, kann direkt neben dem Hotel im Pub gut und zu einem angemessenen Preis speisen.
Fazit: ich werde das Hotel auf jeden Fall beim nächsten London-Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

Excelente ubicación, metro y bus muy cerca. Fantástica elección para pasar unos días en Londres. Volveremos a elegirlo si volvemos a la ciudad.

Perfect for a budget break. We were meeting friends for a theatre trip and this hotel was perfect. The rooms are small but we'll equipped and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was only £7 and this included cooked food as well as cereal and bread/pastries.

出張で利用したホテルです。
観光だったらとても便利な場所にあるホテルですね。
素泊まりでしたが、高いかなって思いました。でも、室内はキレイだし、隣接するカフェ？レストラン？があるので、いい感じです。

Ubicación perfecta, muy limpio.

Soggiornato in questo Hotel dal 14 al 16 marzo. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Camere pulitissime e confortevoli. Ottima colazione per sole 7 sterline a persona. Posizione magnifica che permette di raggiungere molte attrazioni e monumenti in pochi minuti a piedi a 100 mt la stazione della metro di Saint James park.

Molt bon hotel a 10 minuts caminant del Big Ben. Molt cèntric i bé de preu. Habitacions molt funcionals i netes, el que es necessita per passar uns dies a Londres.
El que no em va agradar gaire, va ser l'esmorzar. Pel meu gust, es quedava curt en quant assortiment de productes Podrien posar formatge, pernil...d'això en tenen...I surt força car pel que donen

Rooms small compared to a normal premier in. Breakfast queue awful so we wen sonali about 2 blocks away. Menu not great, not a great choice of draught Beer's, lagers.

The bedrooms left a lot to be desired as they were less than generous in space the location was perfect for the wheel & the south bank

This is a budget no frills hotel in a prime location. No windows in rooms. No amenities. No service. If those things are not important to you, here you pocket the savings. Rooms are clean, quiet and modern. Hot and Cold buffet breakfast available beside the lobby for 7 pounds. The shower fixtures, on / off, hot / cold are difficult to operate. Overall great value for money.

I was very surprised by the quality of this accomodation. For that price it was really bargain. Room was clean and very cosy. There was a TV, chair and table. Light system was also very clever. Breakfast for £7 really worth it. The staff was also very helpful with everything. If you arrive early you can leave your luggage there for how long you want.

The rooms are small. However, if you are using the rooms to sleep and shower, this is the place. We stay at the Westminster location. Super centric within walking distance of all the iconic London places, like Big Ben, the Eye, Westminster Abby, and Buckingham Palace.

Reasonably priced bar in the centre of Westminster. A good alternative to the crowded pubs.

This was the worst experience of my life! We stayed here previously in September of 2022, and it was okay. A great first time experience in London. Room was small, but overall everything worked. Since I enjoyed my first experience in 2022, figured I would enjoy my experience again. So this time around I booked a whole week here, and I regret it. It was the seven most miserable days of my life. We stayed here February 21-28, 2024, and it was awful. It took three rooms to finally find a room that worked for us, or so we thought. There was only one outlet in the room, and in the worse place possible. It had a whole wall with nothing, so we had to go buy an extension lead, which still wasn’t enough. Also the shower in the bathroom did not drain, and the floor would be full of nasty water every day. Well, I have open wounds on my foot from an injury, and that nasty water went inside my wounds a few times, and I hope I didn’t catch something from that gross water. We told the front desk about it, but they wouldn’t do anything. So we had to suffer the whole time we were there. Also the room was so dusty, and gross, especially behind the TV, and on the bottom of the bed closest to the wall. It was filthy. I noticed dust particles going in my open wound on my foot when I was putting a bandage on it. I just hope I didn’t catch something from that room that I can’t get rid of. I’m wondering how can they make us live like that? I can tell they don’t have standards there, like we do in America. Also the Wi-Fi didn’t work the whole time we were there. The strength was so poor, it only had 2%. Also, there’s no dressers, or big tables in there, or nowhere to put our stuff that we had. So we had to put all of our suitcases on the floor. Not fun at all getting your clothes on the floor. Especially when you’re disabled. When we didn’t think our stay could get worse, it did. We didn’t notice until we started to pack on Tuesday evening, but when we were packing we noticed we’re missing our reusable insulated bag filled with my ice cube sheets. Well, the only person that went in there was the housekeeper on Sunday February 25, even though we had the sign highlighted for no one to clean our room, but she went in there anyway. The only reason we noticed that is, because she put fresh towels on our bed, and she took our trash out. Well, we had our reusable bag with our reusable ice cubes sheets in the bathroom. When she took out the trash, she must have stole our bag with our ice cube sheets at the same time. What makes me mad is that they were brand-new, and it’s my first time using them, and then she steals them. I don’t know if she stole them to keep them, or throw them away. All I know is someone owes me a brand-new reusable bag with three, or four reusable ice cube sheets. Also, since it took three times to find us a room, we weren’t able to check in until almost 3:00 PM the day of the 21st, but we still have to pay a $10 early check-in fee. They said they would take care of that, and give us our money back, but nothing has been done yet. Hopefully it will here soon. To sum it all up, I was not a happy customer. I was very disappointed. FYI, this hotel is not luxury at all. Bare minimum necessities!

Très bien placé, très propre à un prix sommes toute raisonnable pour Londres et le quartier. A noter un super petit déjeuner pour 7£ !!

Séjour de 4 nuits dans cet hôtel qui permet de visiter Londres sans efforts puisque situé à deux pas de Westminster, big ben et le parlement. La station de métro saint james park est tout près; Les chambres sont petites mais ont tout le confort moderne avec salle de bain privative; Seul bémol le ménage qui n'est effectué qu'à l'arrivée et au départ; Le petit déjeuner est top sucré /salé et point important à souligner pour les voyageurs fatigués en tant que clients vous avez accès à la machine à café à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit ! Le personnel est serviable et disponible;Pour avoir séjourné plusieurs fois dans la capitale britannique nous avons adoré ce point de chute et nous y reviendrons;
