We visited the hotel for The Mad Hatter's Afternoon Tea and had the most lovely experience. We specifically chose the Sanderson hotel since we had seen reviews that it offered one of the best Gluten Free teas in London, which was required for one of us, and also since they had a kids selection. The food exceeded expectations and was incredibly delicious. The tea was whimsical with colour changing drinks, a little potion, and a mix of savoury and sweet delights. The crockery was themed and there was also a small area where kids could dress up and take some photos. The staff were exceptional, friendly and welcoming with the kids and looked after us very well. I highly recommend this experience for a celebration or special afternoon out.

The tea was divine ,the food was delicious and the service was wonderful!!! I will be back for more! Definitely recommend it . The Alice theme was very creative!????

I've tried the Mad Hatters Tea experience and I loved it! I highly recommend the ambience is good, the food is great but Lay took the experience to another level. He took the time to tell the story while explaining the food. Thank you

Flavio was amazing, very attentive and took care of everything my group needed. Was no pressure to finish the teas so tried nearly all the teas. Flavio gave great recommendations and his opinions were very helpful in selecting teas. Wonderful atmosphere.

Encuentro que un hotel de estas características tendría que tener la opción tanto en personal como en menús, indicaciones etc en otro idioma.
Vengo de Mallorca donde es totalmente lo contrario, desde que aterrizas el visitante se siente en su casa en idioma y personal que hace su estancia más agradable.
