Overpriced. Great location but overpriced. Food was ok but not worth what we paid. Also, £12 for an aperol spritz?? Get outta here.

Experience was nice until we were removed from the table having just brought us dessert drinks because they needed the table for someone else despite there being at least 4+ tables available and no one waiting to sit.

Had a lovely meal with friends in the beautiful dining area.
In our group the calve's liver, chicken pie, and vegetarian burger were very highly rated. We also thoroughly enjoyed the cheesecake dessert.

Staff were very friendly and efficient.

I do wish we weren't asked to move after 10 as they close the area off, and we would have happily had a few more drinks, but I appreciate that requires continuous staffing.

I came for dinner one evening, and I was served by a young waitress called Aaliyah. She was extremely attentive and recommend the Sirloin on the bone sharer for me and my wife which was cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend!

I came with my boyfriend Juan for breakfast one morning, and I was served by the beautiful Mary-Kate. A lovely smile and she made me feel welcomed with the welcoming and warm atmosphere. I had the avocado eggs which was delicious. Thanks to the breakfast girls.

Decent, consistent, not amazing but it's a pub, can't go wrong really. They allow dogs which is nice. Toilets outside look like people pee directly into the toilet paper so use the ones inside

After a long journey this was the perfect way to end the day. Food was very good and Lisa ( the hardest working waitress I have ever seen) was exceptional and went beyond the call of duty to look after us. You have a Jem of an employee there!!!!!!!

A very lovely place to stay, our room was very comfortable, very clean. Lovely products and bedding. We had lunch with family on the Sunday, and the service and food were both very good. Would recommend

This is what a £20 burger looks like apparently. Dry, & significantly smaller than any burger competitor (went home and ate after this). Fries were very over cooked, so kind of powdered into your mouth at first bite - like eating crisps not chips.

Also the staff, although friendly, were smoking where we were eating - not ideal atmosphere to create a pleasant food experience.

Overall I would not recommend eating here. As a regular over the years, I’m more than disappointed with yesterday’s experience.

For the crazy £30 I spent on a burger and a beer, I surely should expect a nice lunch.
