It was windy and cold but we feel warm as home when we were in the hotel. Thanks the great team Gabriela and her colleagues. The gentlemen at concierge and the ladies and the manager at breakfast . More than 5 stars service. Fabulous stay.

I just spent 5 nights at this fantastic property with my two teenage kids and my 2 parents. We all thought the experience there was top notch. The location is unbeatable in terms of access to all that London holds either by foot or Tube. The service was 5-star throughout the stay and we didn't have a single negative interaction with any of the staff. In fact, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for and special. And the building itself is gorgeous with a boutique-y feel and a lot of cozy lounge space on the main floor. Breakfast was amazing, and the bar food was perfect for a quick afternoon or evening bite. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning to travel to London.

The food at the bar was out of this world amazing, the workers were so kind happy and helpful, they didn’t rush us or anything like that and i want to say thank you for the absolute blast of a night we had. I would 100% recommend going here, prices are rather expensive, but with the food and the service we had it was definitely worth it.

Honestly this is the worst hotel I have stayed at in London. Checked in yesterday and have one more night to go. I have three rooms as I’m traveling with family and I don’t want to move them after a long trip. My biggest issue is the size of the room. It is claustrophobic and tiny. If you wanted to order room service you would have to eat on the bed! After check in I immediately called reception to inform them the room was unacceptable and they said there was nothing they could do. I called the “Bonvoy Elite” Members number and they didn’t even try to find me a different hotel. The thing is the last time I was in London we stayed at the Park Lane Marriott and it was phenomenal! I would have booked there again in a heartbeat! But this hotel was their “Autograph Collection”! I thought it was supposed to be better! It is 3 star at most. I am incredibly disappointed to end our trip here and the fact this hotel currently has a 4.6 score is completely misleading. My flight home tomorrow is at 4 pm and I would normally try and get a late check out but in this case I would rather hang out at the airport lounge. If you want to stay at a Marriott definitely book Park Lane. I feel lied to.

Edit- I just tried to order coffee to the room and they tried to talk me out of it! Said it was going to take a really long time. This place is a joke.

Edit Edit- The coffee never came…

Loved this home away from home. We stayed here for over a week and were super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They hotel is well located so we were able to walk to many of the attractions. The St James Underground entrance is around the corner, making it easy to get to the places that aren’t close by. Highly recommend!

Great Hotel, lost my stuffed animal at the hotel, and had no trouble getting it back. I would give 6 stars if I could. Location is in a great spot, service is superb, and rooms look and feel great.

Afternoon tea is the best in London. I would recommend the Hibiscus tea ???? .
Knowledgeable and welcoming staff and the most beautiful interiors transport you to a calm oasis in the centre of the city.

The hotel is in a great location, being close to Westminster and 2 mins walk from St James' park tube

The hotel is grand and on first impressions has a grand lobby and pleasant staff.

The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable and had a choice of pillows.

I had some trouble with the air conditioning to reach the desired temperature and the bathroom was a little dated.

Overall, I would stay here again

This hotel was perfect. We previously spent two weeks in Oxford and I was a little sad about having to leave that for London. This hotel changed my mind almost at once! It was magical! The hotel itself is simply beautiful. There was a lovely French restaurant basically across the street. There was also an amazing Spanish restaurant slightly farther, but still easily walked to. These were the best meals we had the entire time. We walked to parliament and Trafalger square and also walked to a play in the soho district. The hotel bar was a little pricey, but worth going into just for the service and to sit by the cozy fireplace. Delicious snacks were provided gratis along with our drinks. The reception staff were constantly at their best and always attentive. Room service brought me milk for my coffee so quickly I barely had time to dress to answer the door. Just a perfect experience. Would love to stay there again when in London.

I love the location and the people who work at the St.Ermin’s. I gave the rooms a 4 star because the floorboards were squeaky and our room had a shower that was also a tub and I almost fell a few times trying to step out of the very slippery high tub when done showering. My husband and I especially want to recognize and thank Nahid Yasin for making our stay extra special. He greeted us every morning at breakfast and made the most amazing recommendations to us for restaurants and activities. Nahid is very professional and a true asset to St. Ermin’s and truly a wonderful person!

Beautiful hotel is a safe, quieter part of London, about 2 blocks to the underground. And close to BuckinhamPalace, the MallSuper comfy beds, service was top notch. The breakfast buffet had so many options- gf and veg too. I’ll def be back.
