Schade fürs Geld. Habe den 4 Tages Pass gekauft um ein paar Euro bei den Eintritten zu sparen. Sämtliche Sachen müssen reserviert werden die leider direkt für die Woche schon ausgebucht waren. Lange Wartezeiten an den verschieden Attraktionen. Ich kann diesen Pass niemanden empfehlen.

I have never written a review before but am so dissatisfied with GoCity that I am writing one now. We bought 3-day passes for Barcelona online in February (at a cost of over 300 Euros). From the day we arrived, we had nothing but trouble with these passes--they seemed to be "expired" the very first time we tried to have them scanned. Thanks to the kindness of local tour people, we were able to take part in a couple of pre-booked tours but otherwise had to pay out of pocket for everything. Embarassing and frustrating. To make matters worse, GoCity is basically ignoring our request for a refund. They either do not respond to our emails, or respond with an automated reply saying that they "hope we enjoyed our visit"! Our experience has been outragously poor communication and service, on top of worthless passes. Avoid.

Es una estafa, el domingo saqué mis pases para Roma y a la hora de hacer la reserva solo tienen dos proveedores locales, uno está lleno y el otro ha cerrado, por lo que no puedes hacer reservas.
No contestan mis mensajes solicitando la devolución de acuerdo a su política de compra, sin duda les denunciaré.

Deveriam alertar o cliente que grande parte dos museus e monumentos fecha ao Domingo, no meu caso não consegui usufruir do pass de 2 dias que comprei, no Domingo, pois estava quase tudo fechado, acabei por gastar mais dinheiro desta forma, o que não é suposto. Deveriam rever o vosso serviço, e também a aplicação, o planejamento é confuso, e deveriam ter a informação dos horários das atrações. Não é o que promete.

Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht und unzufrieden. Wir hatten vor Corona 4x 4 Tagespässe für London gekauft. Wir konnten keine Erstattung davon bekommen. Uns wurde versichert, dass wir den Pass verlängern können. Als wir dann ein fixes Datum ausgewählt haben, kam die Antwort, dass wir eine falsche Auskunft bekommen hätten. Die Pässe hat meine Oma mit ihrem letzten Ersparten gekauft... und sieht das Geld nie wieder. Das ist eine bodenlose Frechheit. Wer eine Rechtsschutzversicherun hat, sollte klagen, damit sie in Zukunft nicht damit durchkommen!!!

Muy mal. Hice la reserva con un mes de antelacion mediante London Pass para ver el cambio de guardia y No solo me dicen que no hay cuota para mi sino que no les moleste pregutando ni intentando cambiar de fecha. Me parece que no hay derecho. Es una basura de servicio

I bought 4 tickets to use 3 attractions. However, the staff of the second attraction issued the third attraction ticket at will. My group and I tried to stop her but persuaded us that it didn't matter if we didn't take the qr code. But when I tried to use the third attraction two days later, the third attraction was already completed and I had to buy a new ticket. I was very embarrassed and wasted a lot of time leading the group of four. I complained about this part 4 times by phone and e-mail to go city and asked for a refund for the missing part, but they only responded to check that attraction and haven't given me any results in the past 2 weeks. If you buy this ticket, you will come into contact with a customer center that ignores the legitimate complaints of customer and staff who are not familiar with the ticket or who want to deceive customers and does not take any action. This ticket is also less efficient for the time to use the attraction because it needs to be exchanged in an intermediate way. Even after considering all these points, I advise you to reconsider whether there is a price advantage compared to other discountable applications.

I bought The Explorer pass and wanted to use it for the Windsor Hop on Hop off bus. We took the train to Windsor and sat at the bus stop for a while before we contacted the bus company and they said they don't run in the winter!! This was not on your app/website at all. It says open seasonally but doesn't specify when. We didn't have enough time to use it on something else. Such a waste!

Utterly disappointing!
We booked a 3 days pass for the four of us to use over the Christmas and New Year holidays.
But on the Go-City website there was no clear indication of what was open and what was closed. As we started to use the pass:
Day 1 - nothing was open or mentioned on your website. We hoped to do the Hop on Hop off bus which were running but our passes were of no use that day.
Day 2 - almost nothing was open. We could only do 2 attractions and wasted about 90gbp only to find out Windsor Castle was closed (not mentioned on your website)
Day 3 - we did the London Tower and St Paul's. Shard no bookings were available and we weren't allowed in the Shakespeare Globe due to shows.
We could have simply paid for these attractions at the gates and not totalled even close to what we paid for the Go City passes.
The response from customer service was - "Sorry can't do anything about it once you've activated the passes". And that's exactly what they did - Nothing.

This pass is an absolute waste of time!!
The app is shocking and you don’t even know when it’s going to run out, making bookings is essential for some attractions - yet no availability with the pass, and worst of all - no communication with the attraction OR the pass … leaving the customer in limbo !!
The few attractions we did get into AND the one we didn’t ALL made the same statement and eye rolling gesture when we mentioned city pass …
Not a good word to be said - Not great at all. It would have been good to know this in advance, so I’m here telling you ️
The customer service team are an absolute disgrace, I asked to speak with a manager and was told I would get a call back in 3-4 hours WHO SAYS THAT!!
What they meant was …. There is no manager “that was over a week ago” pass has well and truely expired and we actually missed out on the shard attraction because of their lack of care to my frustrations with the app - even though we had a booking.
I wouldn’t waste your money … it’s super frustrating with no savings to be had at all!!
I paid almost £100 MORE than what was used on this pass and will they entertain a refund under their savings guarantee “Hell no” !!
It’s how they make money, it’s how they’re in business.
Do yourself a favour … be smart and do not waste your money.
GO CITY don’t bother asking me to change my review for 10% of what I paid for the pass !!!!

Wish I had read the reviews before I bought the 4-day London pass. We only used 3 days and some of the places were closed or did not accept the pass. We also bought Oyster Cards, which we never received prior to the trip. Tried getting a refund but was told that the cards would be shipped to me and then I would have to send them back to London to get my refund. Finally decided I would work with my credit card company and suddenly my money is being refunded. Hmmm. Never again.

Always worth it!! They even extended my card a few extra months after the already extended Covid extension.
I’ve used a pass every time I’ve gone to Vegas and will continue to do so! Make my travel buddies get one too and they never regret it.

Was happy with this. Although be cautious of fineprint. Many of the "deals" are only valid during certain times and only include portions of the venue. I got caught with my pants down more than a few times having to fork out tons of cash to enjoy the full attraction. Also, there is no cash accepted so if you are like me and carry cash to stay on budget. You will get screwed taking out your credit card over and over again. The free big attraction was a great bonus though. We chose the Cirque Du solei and it was amazing! If you go to Area 51 go an hour before opening to line up and beware that the Go Pass only includes entry and a couple of the attractions inside, many of which you need to pre book for. All in all I think it was a fair deal, if I had been more thorough in my reading.
