Vigileu a qui llogueu les embarcacions i informeu als vostres usuaris, si us plau.. Avui 21/08/23 hi havia una embarcació de la vostra empresa de més de 8m que ha anclat a la zona protegida de les Formigues. Hi ha boies per a protegir el fons marí i hem de cuidar-lo entre tots. Gràcies.

Un conseil sortir plutôt le matin la mer est en général plus calme et en août il y a moins de monde sur l’eau

Nous avons loué un bateau avec un skipper, Sergi était vraiment au top, une super rencontre et des qualité de pilote de bateau irréprochable. il nous a fait visiter toute la côte et nous avons profitez au maximum de notre journée. Si vous louez un bateau n’hésitez pas à demander Sergi c’est vraiment une personne en or !!!

The Boats are great - we took the beneteau flyer 9 and we really enjoyed it being a group of 9.

The location in port Palamos is strategic because you have lot of nice “Cala” within 10nm.

Last but not least, the staff is super kind and helpful. Really recommend!

Very unpleasant experience

Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review because of one particular worker (Nil).
We were 3 young couples that rented a boat to spend a quiet afternoon in the Costa Brava waters. After sailing for 20-30 minutes and just 30 secs after anchoring, the boat next to us warned us that a rubber going around hull had popped off (we had just sailed, so no chance that we had been the cause for that). We decided to take the rubber on board, holding it with the cleat to prevent it from jumping again and getting caught in the propeller (in an attempt to exercise caution).

As soon as we came back to the harbour, this guy Nil greeted us with very bad manners (with the excuse that we were 15 minutes late) and began to insinuate that we had intentionally damaged the boat. After calmly explaining the facts and despite the fact that his colleagues did not give much credit to the situation either, he continues with his bad manners saying that "we have made a bad use of the boat" or even "that we had returned it destroyed". Once we are off the boat, he proceeds to tell us that our deposit (700 eur) will not be return at this point, which was very surprising. I explain again the situation and showed my disagreement, telling him that if he really was to proceed this war then he was acting in really bad faith (note that the rubber had already been replaced in just 5 minutes).

As anticipated, the following Monday I got my deposit back from the Company. This is a clear example of incompetence and someone who does not know how to treat customers. It's a pity because for such things your reputation goes down the drain. I really hope you are able to fix this because at the end of the day it reflects on how the Company wants to do business.

Arnaque pour touristes
Location le mardi pour le vendredi.
Le vendeur qui doit se rendre compte que nous ne somme pas bilingue ne nous propose aucune assurance.
Le jour j la mer est déchaînée, du port nous ne nous en rendons pas compte, on part et là sortie de la rade impossible d aller plus loin.
Le bateau n est pas assez puissant pour passer les vagues, on avance pas, on prend l'eau mais impossible de partir en mer.
Vu le temps on décide de rentrer de toute façon nous sommes sortie même pas 5 minutes.
Et la surprise bien que le vendeur nous dise que oui en effet notre bateau ne peux faire face vu son nombre de cheveaux à l état de la mer. Il ne nous propose aucun remboursement.
Il nous fait juste appelez le service client, en nous disant je les préviens.
Après plusieurs appels avec une dame très impolie qui me prends de haut en me disant que si je sais pas me servir d un bateau j'ai qu à rester sur terre aucune solution n est trouvée. Je m assois donc sur 350 euros ma sortie en mer de 5 minutes
Quelle déception.
A fuir urtout si vous ne parlez pas couramment espagnol.

Una experiencia genial! Tanto la excursión en barco como la atención al cliente, todo súper sencillo de tramitar y bien explicado, repetiremos el año que viene seguro! :)

¡Súper buena experiencia! Alquilamos una lancha este fin de semana y tanto la lancha como la atención, fueron de 10. Repetiremos seguro con Costa Brava Boats.
