Hemos pasado un finde en este hotel y decir que tanto la atención del personal como las instalaciones son geniales. Es la segunda vez que venimos y repetiremos seguro. La cena de 10 y la atención de Griselda espectacular.

Nos alojamos en semana santa con nuestros perros y fue maravilloso, se agradece que acepten mascotas en un hotel 4*.
Nos hemos alojado en varios hoteles de la cadena y siempre han cumplido con nuestras expectativas.
Personal muy amable, hicimos uso del buffet y comimos genial, rotación de producto continuo.
Nos sorprenden mucho las malas críticas porque calidad precio es perfecto, un hotel 4* al lado del mar... quizás es que más de uno quiere duros a cuatro pesetas.
Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por su trabajo y su saber hacer, volveremos.

Todo correcto,excepto el bufet ,muy justo,poca variedad,y no hay animación por las noches ni zona de bar para estar tomándote una copa,incluso con mal tiempo fuera,no hay nada que hacer dentro,

J'ai réservé via, last minutes, dans cet hôtel. J'ai été surprise par la qualité des repas.... et de l'humeur du personnel.
De plus, bien que les serviettes de toilettes aient été changées, je ne demande encore si la salle de bain avait été faite ayant trouvé des effets personnels des clients d'avant nous. J'en ai fait part à la réception et à Last minutes et encore aujourd'hui pas de nouvelles, ni de geste commercial. Il n'y a pas possible de sélectionner "bruyant" mais la jeune femme qui étaient accompagnée d'au moins deux de ses amis a passé du bon temps.....les murs sont en papier visiblement.

Hotel très décevant pour un pierre et vacances.

Personnel du petit déjeuner très désagréable nous presse pour partir.

Petit déjeuner insipide sans variété.

Trop de supplément, pas de parking faut payer 20 euros au casino et marcher 15 minutes avec le risque de se faire agresser ,lit bébé payant.

Isolation des chambres horribles des jeunes crier à côté et on avait le bruit moteur de l’ascenseur horrible.

Vraiment moyen je n’ai plus envie de revenir.

The location of this place is absolutely perfect. It’s practically in the centre of everything but also in the more quieter area. Beach is just down the road and a nice rooftop bar with pool. Barely any children, at least around the time we went (end of September) but still warm enough to swim and enjoy the place. The rooms were okay. The staff was very kind especially the cleaners:)

This is a lovely hotel in a great location! It's within walking distance of loads of souvenir shops and restaurants, and is only a 5 minute walk from the beach. There is so much to explore in this part of Costa Brava and there is stunning scenery either end of the beach.

Back to the hotel, the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating and the room was a good size. The balcony was smaller than I expected, but it was nice having that outside space. The rooftop bar and pool were very nice too, though they closed early (around 9pm from what I remember).

I definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent Hotel would stay there again. Location perfect for the beach.
Look out for the Brussel sprouts at the breakfast buffet lol

I stayed at this hotel. Late September. They put us ubove the restaurant. On the first floor. Every night all you can hear is the staff screaming and shouting and the smash and crash off the washing up ..it was so noisy .we ask for a up grade. But they had no more rooms..we were also close to lift which you can hear the doors slamming shut..I will never stay there again. Never got much sleep ????

The hotel is lovely and went half board. Breakfast has a huge buffett to choice from. I was very disappointed with the pool. I'm 5 7" and standing in the shallow end on my tippytoes, the water was up to neck. The deep end is 7 7". I was travelling with elderly family who were looking forward to using the pool but didn't feel comfortable going in because it was so deep.

Ottimo hotel, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Molto vicino alla spiaggia e in zona tranquilla, personalmente lo consiglio.

Overall very nice hotel. Staff were super friendly and professional. We had to check in and out very early in the morning and the receptionist was always accommodating for this. Hotel is located less than 5 minutes from the beach. Rooms were clean and spacious. They did lack some basics like a coffee machine, tea or kettle. But you do get what you are paying for. The highlight for me was the rooftop pool. It had amazing views with loads of loungers to relax on. There was also a bar, but the cocktails were average. Breakfast had the typical food you would expect. I wouldn't recommend renting out a car if you plan on staying at this hotel, as there seemed to be very limited parking space around. Thankfully, we did not have a car with us. Everything is walkable.

Buen hotel, centrico en una zona tranquila.
Con una gran terraza i excelente perdonal.
La unica cosa negativa es que el bar solo funciona de 12 a 21h

Pagamos para que la salida del hotel fuese a las 15 horas y a las 10 de la mañana nos estaban llamando y despertando para que nos fuésemos. Si pagamos este servicio es porque queremos dormir sin que nos despierten! Por otro lado aceptan mascotas pero ni un simple comedero ni bebedero para el animal, pero el suplemento si que lo cobran rápido

Bonjour, séjour en octobre, chambre propre, ménage quotidien soigneux. Une mention spéciale pour le buffet que ce soit pour le petit-déjeuner ou un repas, très varié bien présenté, un régal. Les serveurs et réceptionnistes sont aimables.

Lovely clean room but very basic, no tea making facilities, no kettle.
Staff OK, not over friendly.
Departure time on last day was 10am but maid was knocking on our door at 9.15am gesturing for us to leave, then knocking again at 9.55.

This place is so close to the beach.. The pool is nice and clean and the hotel staff are so friendly!! For the price of this hotel you are really getting a amazing deal! It's lovely and so close to the beach

Mi experiencia es que tuvimos que aparcar muy lejos, tengo mascota se aceptan siempre y cuando pagues por ellos...
La habitación bien falta insonorizar , la comida bien todo buffet y entra gratis solo el agua... la piscina pequeña y mucha gente
En general esta bien pero esperaba otra cosa para un hotel de 4 estrellas
