Had a great one night stay. Location is perfect, hotel is super clean, and everyone is so nice. I had a phone charger emergency early in the morning, and the team at the front desk helped me so that I could charge my phone before my train ride. They seemed happy to help, and did not make me feel like a bother at all. I’ll be back!

Un bell'hotel, abbastanza comodo come posizione. Personale gentile e disponibile. La colazione anche era buona, anche se avrei preferito qualche dolce in più.

Sehr schönes, stilvoll hergerichtetes Hotel in sehr guter Lage in Verona. Wir sind mit dem Zug gekommen und es waren 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. Vom Hotel sind es 10 Minuten ins alte Stadtzentrum. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, geschmackvoll und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Sono stata in quest'albergo per organizzare un piccolo seminario per motivi di lavoro. Staff gentilissimo, attento e puntuale. La struttura è molto carina con cura dei dettagli e io direi con un'anima. Non è il classico albergo sterile, ha un certo stile. Facilmete raggiungibile sia a piedi (800 metri) dalla Stazione , sia in macchina perchè si trova appena fuori dal centro che comunque a piedi è vicinissimo. Scelta ideale e anche apprezzata dai miei ospiti. Gentilizza anche in sala (Un grazie a James) e allo Chef .

Very poor service and they changed the price after staying here. The owner is rude and the receptionist are also very rude.

The hotel was fantastic. The location was ideal to access the city. All staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating . The room I was allocated was clean, stylish, and comfortable, I had everything you would need for a short break. I used the breakfast facilities and the choice was both excellent and very good value for money.
Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Verona.

We had one of the worst experiences in a hotel. Someone stole 250€ of the strongbox in our bedroom, so we weren’t confortable at all. The manager was so nice to us, but instead of helping us, he defended the one we think got into our room and stole us. The breakfast and the reception workers were nice but we won’t be back since we are not comfortable with what happened to us. This isn’t the first time there is a robbery and even the manager told us that the last time it was, they found out it was a worker.

Very pleasant stay. Bathroom was large and very modern. Bed was very comfortable and large. Room was extremely clean.
No noise from hallways or other rooms.
Very polite and helpful staff.
Would suggest hanging some more pictures or paintings on the walls of the room as it was a little boring and bland.
But overall this was a lovely stay and location was excellent 5 minute walk to the arena at central historic Verona.

We had an amazing few days break staying at this hotel. The last time we stayed was about 18 years ago. This hotel is a gem and situated in the perfect location to visit Venice and the lakes. From the minute we arrived the staff were amazing! I was surprised how good the breakfast was, with the inclusion of a hot breakfast, bacon and scrambled eggs. Special mention to the star server James! The bar staff were amazing and certainly looked after you with some additional treats while having an evening drink. Even though the bar menu wasn’t extensive, it certainly exceeded my expectations with very tasteful snacks and a light bites. On departure the staff were so helpful and nice to see a late check out at 12pm. Overall 10 out of 10 and would recommend to couples and families! Many thanks!

We recently spent two nights at this wonderfully located hotel in Verona. The staff was top-notch, particularly James, who went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. He even took the time to find us a restaurant and make the reservation on a busy Saturday night.

Others on the staff were also helpful and attentive.

We would stay here again.

Location is very close to the center & a walking distance from events & local shops.
