Très bons plats et personnel au petit soin.

Endroit magnifique avec une belle vue sur la lagune. Ambiance cosy post coloniale des années 80. Carte originale et variée. Un gros bémol sur le service

L'hôtel est situé directement au bord d'une lagune malodorante, ce qui signifie que les moustiques et les odeurs sont inévitables. Les chambres sont correctes.

Le restaurant bénéficie d’une vue imprenable sur la lagune, avec une ambiance sereine et romantique, particulièrement au coucher du soleil. Un endroit parfait pour un dîner en tête-à-tête ou une soirée mémorable entre amis

Hôtel situé près de la lagune de Bé à Lomé. Le personnel est accueillant, l'environnement est magnifique. Les chambres sont abordables et bien entretenues. Les prix du bar et du restaurant sont un peu chers comparativement aux hôtels de la même catégorie à Lomé. On peut observer la lagune de Bé à partir de l'hôtel.

Bel hôtel situé à Lomé avec vu sur la lagune de Bé. Le cadre est apaisant c’est un bon endroit pour les personnes voulant se détendre, se changer d’air. L’hôtel n’est pas aussi très loin de l’aéroport donc cela peut être avantageux pour les voyageurs. Leur petit déjeuner est bien mais sans plus et le personnel n’est pas très accueillant.

Superbe vue depuis le lagon. Endroit calme et personnel très coopératif.

Pas mal comme lieu ! Avec une piscine pas mal , une lagune qui se trouve juste à côté de l’endroit ! C’est vraiment un coin paisible

I spent 2 months at the Hotel Napoléon Lagune and found it very hard to leave. The location is lovely, a wonderful place to really feel like you are getting away from all the hustle and bustle of Lomé, the pool area is so relaxing, it feels like a garden. It's so handy for the airport and to get into the center of Lomé that you can really get everywhere within half an hour - even with bad traffic.

The bar & restaurant area is also relaxing, lovely and shady which takes the edge of the heat too, and the food is Excellent! There's a wide variety of choice on the menu from Western to African cuisine and during my 2 months I tried everything! I was not disappointed once. You can also receive WIFI at the bar and reception areas, although if many people are using it it can be quite slow - but it is Africa!

Not only is the food excellent but so is the service, all the staff were very friendly, polite and unpretentious. I always felt welcome by them, and as I was a woman travelling on my own that makes a very big difference. My privacy was always respected, especially in terms of room cleaning (which was very different from any other hotel I've stayed in in Africa).

A special mention needs to be made about the Managers Lionel and Liselle - they were exceptionally welcoming. They always took the time to get to know each guest a little and to socialise a little with us in the evenings. They were so helpful in assisting me with issues that I had while in Togo that I think my journey would have been a lot harder without them.

I would very much recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Lomé - especially if you are staying for more than a few days, it really felt like home with all the benefits of a great hotel. I have been travelling for work for more than 10 years and Hotel Napoléon Lagune is in my top 3 hotels! (The other two are 5 star!).

Excellente adresse a LOME !!! Nous n'y avons hélas pas séjourné assez longtemps mais nous avons bien aimé le cadre au bord de la lagune et la proximité de l'aéroport !!
Nous reviendrons !!
