firstly, we would like to apologize that our answer isn’t in the language of your opinion, but secondly and most importantly we would like to thank you for your kind review! We are truly happy to know that your stay in Kraków was really successful :)

As you’ve noticed, our hotel is located just outside the strict city center, only about 10 minutes from the Main Market. Thanks to that, you can get everywhere in Kraków without any problems – either on foot or by using our pretty highly efficient public transportation. Additionally, we are on a little side street, so the interior of our hotel is usually quiet and peaceful. That allows everyone to get some quality rest after a long day out in the city – either in the cozy rooms, in the spacious common lobby, in our mini gym, in the interior garden, or in our steaming hot sauna – the possibilities are truly plentiful ;)

We would like to thank you for your remark about our personnel – our everyday mission is to satisfy all our guests’ needs and wants and meet and exceed all their expectations. Our reception, the front-line workers here, are always available for you, so no matter the time, urgency, or subject of your inquiry, we’re always happy to help you! The housekeeping department makes sure that all the rooms are prepared in accordance with all your requests while keeping the hotel totally spotless. Our restaurant prepares every day delicious breakfasts in the form of an open buffet, where everyone can find something just right for them.

As you have noticed in your ratings, our hotel is pretty conveniently located - on a little side street, just outside the strict city center, only about 7 minutes from the Main Market on foot. The interior of the hotel is additionally really quiet and peaceful, allowing for quality rest after a day full of exciting moments, sightseeing, and exploring. We think that this combination is truly invaluable and many guests mention it in their reviews too.

We're extending our thanks also for your mark given to our staff - every day, we strive to cater to all the needs and wants of our guests, allowing them to feel at home here. In case of any questions, problems, or requests, we always encourage the guests to contact us directly so that we can react and answer the most quickly and accurately. No matter the time, the urgency, or the subject, we are always at your service, being round-the-clock available, ready and eager to help!

Regarding your comment about the AC control, we would like to inform you that right now we are in a transitional period between the cold and the hot months. Our technical department makes sure by constant maintenance checks that this transition goes as smoothly as possible and without any issues. Due to this fact, we advise our guests to inquire about the air conditioning system in their room at the reception (or by phone in the room, dialing 0 and connecting directly with the front desk), and then we can make sure that everything is working correctly, issuing the appropriate remote to the room. In the upcoming hot months, we keep the remotes in the rooms at all times, proceeding with the maintenance work alongside the stays of the guests, so there is nothing to worry about the temperature in the room. Anyhow, we would like to thank you for the remark as all the feedback from our guests is really valuable to us, allowing us to grow in the most important directions.
