SCAM

We stopped off at the hotel's restaurant after an afternoon of skiing, and we noticed some lockers and enquired at the bar about renting them. I was told by a man working there that we could use them and so I asked for the price. He told me that they were free (It makes sense as they rely on the fact that you will buy a drink/food if you store your equipment there) and that all we had to do was take a key from the bar and keep it with us. Note that he did not ask if I was staying at the adjacent hotel or what our room number was.

2 days later when we went to the locker and all of our equipment was gone! An angry looking woman then pulled me by the arm and ordered that our group of 5 go upstairs. We were taken to the hotel reception and had this woman shout at us for 10 minutes telling us that the lockers were only for hotel guests. I realised that there had been a misunderstanding and explained how we were told by a member of staff that we were allowed to use the lockers. She said that I was lying and made out that what we had done was some awful thing and then said we each had to pay 100eur (not sure where she got that number from).

I had a chat with another member of staff, an elderly gentleman, who was much more understanding and said that if it were up to him he would simply let us have the lockers for the rest of the week for a small fee. He then tried to explain this to the same woman and she started shouting at him.

We refused to pay the 100eur but she said that if we did not then she would keep our equipment and call the police (I am not quite sure what the police would have done). We managed to get the price down to 50eur each as we wanted to start skiing and had already wasted an hour.

I have no idea what they did with the cash but it was put behind the counter and not in a till so I would not be surprised if she kept it for herself.

If you have read this review so far it will come as no surprise that I would not recommend that you stay, dine or use the lockers of this hotel!

De verdad que son los mejores, venir de otro país y tener problemas y sentirte arropada y como en casa no tiene precio, gracias por el trato

Staff were extremely rude and aggressive towards us, I think because we were English. I was made very uneasy by this during my whole stay :( friends stayed down the road had a great time.

Fabuloso.
La atención ha sido inmejorable, Sylvie se encargó de todo, nos gestionó el alquiler del material de esquí, forfait y garaje, nos ayudó con el transporte y siempre muy amable. Todos en recepción fueron muy simpáticos.
Ubicacion perfecta, sales y llegas esquiando desde la puerta del guardaesqui .
La habitación muy amplia, teníamos un dormitorio independiente y salón con pequeña cocina y preciosas vistas a las pistas.
El restaurante muy recomendable también.
Esperamos volver lo antes posible.

Rude staff who seemed to dislike us because we were English. Friends who stayed elsewhere seemed to have a better experience so I would avoid.

Excelente servicio y el mejor aparthotel en pistas

Had a lovely stay here for Christmas. The ski in and ski out is such a bonus! Was a bit icy when I was there but was still amazing to get the skis out of the locker and walk straight out onto the snow.
We had a view looking onto the main road outside the hotel but my family members had a view of the slopes and as you can see in the image, its amazing to wakeup and look outside and see the slopes.
Will be returning again!

Hotel perfecto para pasar unos días,la aplicación no tiene suficientes estrellas para valorar el servicio y la ubicación son absolutamente estraordinarios e inmejorables

Des jolis appartements au pieds des pistes sans compter que tu pourras profiter de tous les services que ce soit, la restauration, la location du matériel et bien plus....

Mala experiencia. Intentan sacarte el dinero con cualquier excusa, si pedias toallas extras no te dejaban, en fin ver este tipo de actitudes en Andorra es poco común.

Servicio de limpieza horrible, tuve que pagar a mi amigo pa que limpiase.
Hay jabon pero te cobran.
Nos han cobrado dos veces 200€ de fianza. Limpiamos todo pero dijeron que no estaba limpio. Nos cobraron por un cojin desaparecido 20€ y estaba debajo la cama. No daban toallas limpias si las utilitzabas. Basicamente, si respiras te cobran, es como fak. No puedo estar mucho ahi.

Apresky a la terrassa amb molt bon ambient, Copas a bon preu, dj i vistes a les pistes. A l'hivern coloquen calefactors i gens de fred.

Trato lamentable por parte de una de las empleadas del bar, concretamente una chica rubia que parecía argentina. Le ha faltado echarnos a patadas, ya que nos ha echado sin previo aviso, empujando y riéndose de nosotras. Éramos fieles clientas y dado el percance, no volveremos ni lo recomendaremos más.

Commentaire qui concerne uniquement le bar après ski:
Grosse incompréhension sur la mentalité de ce bar... deux fois de suite, en après ski donc à 17h nous avons souhaité boire un verre. Le serveur, qui attend patiemment le client mais du coup, je ne cerne pas bien son rôle... ne parle pas anglais. J’essaie de me faire comprendre: une table de trois pour boire un verre.
Alors qu’il y a de la place et pleins de tables à ajouter, ce monsieur nous explique que c’est pas possible. Pareil le lendemain...... alors je me demande bien comment la boutique tourne si les clients sont refusés alors qu’il y a de la place !
