Terrible small rooms, with a toilet right at the entrance to the room, where you usually take off your shoes. It was a surprise, neither the description on the booking site nor the girl at the reception informed me about this "feature" of the room.

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel and our worst! We choose this hotel for it's vicinity to the Zurich BHF and up to this stay, a quiet clean room , comfortable bed and an updated bathroom and shower was what we had. We usually stay in Zurich overnight after arrival from US on our way to various points of interest in Switzerland. Unfortunately this stay was not that. The room faced the street with a lot of noise from people talking in "Slovak" language (Polish, Russian, Serbian, etc) til late hours of the night. The hotel staff was certainly oblivious to this fact as it was happening right in front of the hotel. I have seen it mentioned in other reviews.
The most important part of this disappointing stay was the fact that the mattress on my wife's side was completely "broken" and caved in! She had to move to my side to feel any resemblance of comfort and support. She woke up with a bad back. The next morning upon check-out when we brought it to the attention of the front desk, we were told that we should have brought it to their attention! Really? At 10 PM when we first settled in our room after a stroll around the city!? Not a great answer. Beware of the noise and check the mattress as soon as you arrive!
To Best Western Corporate: Have the hotel staff be more sensitive to the constant noise in front of their property at late hours; and as insignificant as it might sound, we stay at BW hotels all around the world, we were never acknowledged as "Diamond" Members at check in, nor our room had the bottled water as customary.
We will look for another alternative next time.

La ubicación perfecta para hacer turismo, en el barrio histórico, junto a calle de ocio y cerca de la estación.
Confor de la cama, baño renovado y maravilloso, desayuno fenomenal y magnífica atención. Lo recomiendo.

We were impressed by the cleanliness and neatness of our room .overall hygiene standards were commendable. Perfect place in the old city. Lots of shops around and you can find Turkish halal restaurants.

Habe 3 Nächte dort verbracht. Das Persolal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral, alles zu Fuss erreichbar und die Bushaltestelle 3 Minuten entfernt. Würde beim nächsten Besuch in Zürich wieder dieses Hotel wählen und kann es au weiterempfehlen.

Hotel muy céntrico. Habitaciones de buen tamaño.

2023 Kasım ayında 4 gün kaldık ve çok memnunduk. Otel çok merkezi konumda ve temizdi. Arka odada kaldığımız için normalden biraz daha küçüktü ama yeterli boyuttaydı. Eğer büyük oda isterseniz ek ücret verip onu da tercih edebilirsiniz. Kahvaltısı yeterli çeşitlilikteydi. Hatta normalde salata koymamalarına rağmen Joana’dan isteyince bize her sabah 1 kase salata getirdi :). Genel olarak güler yüzlü ve yardımcı ekipleri var. Hatta sanat müzesine ücretsiz girebileceğiniz kartı istemeyi unutmayın. Bir de hemen çaprazında föndü yiyebileceğiniz bir yer var. Ana caddedeki diğer yerlerde bazen kuyruk oluyor. Otelden burayı tavsiye ettiler ve biz de deneyip memnun kaldık.

Clean rooms excellent location, however one of the receptionist lady was very rude and unhelpfule which made our stay unpleasant.

チューリッヒ駅まで歩いて10分、フロントが親切です。部屋がめちゃ狭すぎ、シャワールームは1メートル四方ない感じ、ベッドは幅90センチの箱型、寝にくかったです。ミニバルコニーついてます。ミニバーフリーでコーラ2種類、水2種類、ビールと牛乳が毎日無料、これは助かりました。朝食はステンドグラスのある部屋で、冷たいものばかりですが、卵料理をオーダーできます。味付けいいです。チューリッヒ市内を歩いて観光するには便利なホテルです。でも高いねー
