Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und dem Personal. Die Kommunikation mit den Leuten sehr einfach. Ich bin gerne an solchen Orten wie 25hours.

Great place to stay. Maybe not in the centre of the city but the neighbourhood is definitely worth it. Very casual and modern atmosphere with friendly people and great service especially Kim from Reception did an outstanding job.

wie auch die anderen 25 hours Hotels eins der als *fancy* Rohbaustyle einzustufenden Hotels der oberen Mittelklasse. Zentral am Hauptbahnhof gelegen, gute Küche, klasse Personal. Da gibt man gern guten Tip im Restaurant. Leider ist das „Beleuchtungskonzept“ etwas speziell. Ohne Taschenlampe konnte ich weder die Karte im Restaurant bzw Bar lesen, dies setzt sich in den Zimmern fort. Einfach zu dunkel, das lässt sich bedauerlicherweise nicht regeln. Es ist schlichtweg unmöglich, sich beim Rasieren vernünftig zu sehen. Eine Lampe mehr wenigstens im Waschbereich würde die Sache enorm aufwerten.
Kleiner Tip noch an die nette Bar-Crew: Die Musik einfach mal 10 Dezibel leiser regeln. Und hey: zwei gigantische Eiswürfel in einem 0,3 Glass lassen keinen Raum für den eigentlich bestellten Drink. Nicht so offensichtlich behumsen.

Amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hospitality at the hotel! Every member of the staff was friendly, BEYOND helpful and kind! This sets the bar for how a staff should interact with guests! Central location next to train station makes travel around more than convenient BUT trains passing by can be loud at times. Overall, would stay here again, and if you work for Google it’s a 3 min walk to their offices

erstklassige Lage an der Langstrasse mit allen Restaurants, Bars und Clubs in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer sind schön und die Hotelbar sowie die Sauna sind super. Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Zürich!

The hotel was ok, quite stylish. We were downgraded due to the fact that the room was not ready - we specifically wanted the room we booked so we were not too happy about this change.
The lady at the reception was super friendly and willing to help - she offered us free dinner in the restaurant for the inconvenience.
The hotel it's quite close to the train station - this is always a bonus for me.

Klasse Hotel, nicht immer leise wg. Nähe zur Bahnstrecke. Liselotte am Empfang hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert - inkl. eines leiseren Zimmers!

I had a wonderful 2 night stay while visiting Zurich for work. The hotel has a fun vibe, quirky features and has a great bar.
Eszter on reception was super helpful & friendly with recommending local spots to visit along with some fantastic restaurant suggestions. Thank you!

Ein interessantes Hotel, das nicht weit vom x-tra Haus entfernt liegt. Große Dusche, offenes Bad. Gratis Minibar. Parkhaus vorhanden aber teuer.

- Design de l'hôtel et de ses chambres très soignés.
- Personnel compétent et à l'écoute.
- Bar dans l'établissement de qualité.
- Petit déjeuné copieux et varié
- pas de nuisances sonores dans les chambres

Fantastic Hotel! If you looking for a Accor branded hotel in Zurich, 25hours on Langstrasse would have to be it. The hotel staff are super friendly and highly service oriented, especially Aixa and the entire front office desk. The team is always eager to help and solve any issues. Nothing is a problem for them. The in-house restaurant is good and so are the bar staff. This is my second time at 25hours Langstrasse and the consistency of service is high. The facilities are always in top condition and I love the funky style of rooms. I've never stayed at any other hotel with such a unique style and concept. The mini-bar is all free (and full of high quality beverages)! I found the location good and a 8-10min walk to the main Zurich HB train station. Its a longer walk to the lake edge (my be 20/25 mins). This was my only downside to the property. In summary, I would continue to stay here whenever I come back to Zurich. Great service, staff and facilities, what more do you want!

We only had a stay for 1 night but it was very comfortable. The location is not bad if one is aware about the closest station exit. Tram stops are not too far too and overall it's in close proximity to the main city area.

Shout out to Eszter at the front desk for assisting us and allowing to extend our checkout time.

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans cet hôtel. Le restaurant oriental est de très grande qualité. Les petit dej copieux et variés. Et nous avons la chance d'avoir eu Aixa comme hôtesse d'accueil : elle fut très à l'écoute et nous a beaucoup aidé sur notre visite de la ville.
Je recommande.

Love everything about the place, the room, the amenities, the location, the portable speaker, the free to use frietag bag, the free minibar, the bar and restaurant. Its super cosy and groovy.
I wish there were room slippers to use esp in the cold weather.
Otherwise, awesome!! I wish I had more days there. I had a warm welcome as well from Liselotte at reception.

It was my first time here in Zurich and I liked a lot staying at 25hours Hotel. I had a warm welcome from Aixa and Simone and they helped me to get oriented in the city. Also I have dinner and tried different options from the menu that were really tasty.

Très bon emplacement à 10min à pied de la gare de Zürich.
