Our room, overlooking the streets of Zurich and the main train station, was a peaceful sanctuary, beautifully furnished with everything we could have asked for.

Hoi grüetzi????????‍♀️???? Schweizerhof war damals etwas seriös und respektvoll ich habe sehr gerne gehabt immer wieder hier kommen. Heute nach meiner alle Getränke essen sofort kassierten ..... kein Problem kann passieren bei telefonieren paar mal rausgehen eine Dame hat mir gefragt ob kann ich etwas anziehen?! Bin ja voll tätowiert...Meine Frage war nur ob sie sorgen macht um meine Gesundheit und sie meinte wegen andere Gäste, und ist halt kalt... ich persönlich finde ich bin verantwortlich für meine Gesundheit wann meine Bauch ist frei sollte keine stören und Tätowierungen noch mehr nicht..... nach dieser Respektlosigkeit sagte für die Dame das ist meine letztes Mal hier und ich schreibe meine Rezession ich lasse so etwas nicht zu mich diskriminieren so behandeln.....
Die Antwort war unfassbar respektlos "soll ich mir eine andere ort suchen dann...????????????‍♀️ Für schweizerhof Zh diskriminieren da so ein leistung aber bitte NO-GO das geht nicht????????‍♀️ die Welt leider spinnt wann so weiter geht mit Schweizerhof usw wir werden alle spinnen leider. Unfassbar Respektlosigkeit ohne Ende leider ich war die einzige welche musste sofort zahlen????????‍♀️ und ich hatte die mehrste Geld ausgegeben da als andere die aber alle am ende zahlen müssten... zuerst draussen 30 Franken danach drinnen 90 Franken ca...... ???????? sehr traurig so etwas erleben.

Liebe Schweizerhof ich bedanke mich ganz herzlich für die Erlebnis und die schöne Zeit was dieses Mal hatte. Ich finde keine Worte wirklich gar keine..... eine schöne Zeit wollte dafür habe ich bei euch gekommen. Meine Erlebnis ist sehr sehr traurig. Ich wünsche euch schöne neues Jahr und bitte bisschen sollte euch lernen mit die Gäste umgehen. Menschen sind alle verschieden wir müssen nicht alle gleich sein, aber bis wann wir uns benehmen können respektvoll sind so eine Leistung darf euch nicht zulassen. Bedanke mich ganz herzlich. Keine Sorge ich habe nicht vor wieder mal zu euch kommen leider eure Leistung ist unter meinem Niveau! Liebe Grüsse

War in der Bar, sehr schön und einen tollen Barman.

L'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est gentil et attentionné, l'emplacement est excellent. L'hôtel est à côté de la gare centrale et des principales attractions. Le restaurant est également sympathique et le petit déjeuner est très bon.
Enfin, l'une des meilleures options à Zurich !
