Very good location, just next to Geneva train station, which makes it very convenient to travel from and to airport. Plenty of restaurants are around. Easy to get to old town of Geneva, to boats on lake. Very kind and helpful personnel.

Very helpful, frindly staff was the best thing about the hotel; it was in a very convenient, if not beautiful, location with an excellent ajoining cafe; the room was fine overall (all good in terms of facilities and cleanliness) and I appreciated having fresh, cold water in the fridge on arrival. My only issue is that I could hear the person nextdoor gently snoring, which was very disconcerting. There seemed to be a very slight gap in the ajoining wall and I assume that the walls were thin as well. This would be a major problem if the person nextdoor was noisy.

- la moquette n'avait pas été passée à l'aspirateur
- la moquette est pleine de taches: elle doit être remplacée. Pas à la hauteur d'un hotel 4 ****
- la chambre avait une odeur comme si quelqu'un y avait fumé au paravant

Comme d'habitude, je suis très satisfait de mon séjour à l'hôtel. L'accueil est parfait et les deux Messieurs sont toujours disponibles. Quant au Personnel des chambres, elles travaillent vite et bien.
La chambre 104 est très bien mais mal isolée compte tenu du trafic extérieur.

Habitaciones muy viejas y con desperfectos. Sobre todo temas estéticos pero que en un hotel de 4 estrellas no deberían existir.
El baño sin reformar, tenía un acceso a la bañera muy peligroso al estar bastante alta, por lo que había que usar un pequeño banco para entrar y salir de la misma.
Pocos enchufes en la habitación, y solo una de las mesillas de noche tenia uno cerca, con lo que si querías cargar el móvil o consultar algo, debías levantarte de la cama.
Puede que sean chorradas, pero cuando uno se aloja en un hotel de 4 estrellas espera algo más.
