The room was tiny. The air conditioner didn’t work (and it was a hot day). They said they’d bring a fan up - they never did. I got practically no sleep due to the heat and noise from outside. I’ll never stay at you your hotel again and will warn my friends to do the same

The location is nice as it near to the main station , however the room is small and I cant't see anything from my window. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The wifi did not work after three days and reception couldn’t fix it. Also the coat hangers are broken - my suit kept falling on the floor.

It would be a good idea to put the shower at one end of the bathtub and not in the middle as it is not easy to get a shower.

Quiet, clean room. The light in the room was too light, despite the number of sources. No power supply near the bed. Very friendly staff. Location really near the train station but no notice. Well connected with trains and busses and only 15 minutes walking to the city center. I totally recommend this hotel!!

I was on the Residence side. The kettle plug was the newer round type which didn't fit into the receptacle above the stove due to it pressing on the light switch. I had to use one of the wall plugs.

Very good location, just next to Geneva train station, which makes it very convenient to travel from and to airport. Plenty of restaurants are around. Easy to get to old town of Geneva, to boats on lake. Very kind and helpful personnel.

Very helpful, frindly staff was the best thing about the hotel; it was in a very convenient, if not beautiful, location with an excellent ajoining cafe; the room was fine overall (all good in terms of facilities and cleanliness) and I appreciated having fresh, cold water in the fridge on arrival. My only issue is that I could hear the person nextdoor gently snoring, which was very disconcerting. There seemed to be a very slight gap in the ajoining wall and I assume that the walls were thin as well. This would be a major problem if the person nextdoor was noisy.
