Hôtel propre, bien placé.
Pas trop loin du lac avec le métro.
L'hôtel propose des tickets de transport à la journée ! C'est appréciable.
Petit déjeuner traditionnel très correct.

Velice příjemný hotel v centru. Během našeho pobytu jsme měli několik menších problémů, jako nefunkční Wi-Fi, ale recepce je obratem vyřešila.
Je tu skvělá snídaně plná kvalitních surovin. Konferenční sály malé i velké s dobrou akustikou.

A very good option in the center of Lausanne to stay during business trips. Prices are also good. The reason I didn't give the 5 star is that the condition of the rooms is quite old. Maybe the hotel should consider a renovation soon. All in all, a very good hotel in Lausanne.

The rooms are renovated but looks very empty,i think they need to improve better the rooms starting from TV,table etc,the heating system didn't work as far as I have tried to turn it on,the bathroom was a little bit weird,there were wooden blinds assembled but without glass separating room from bathroom,the pillows were not comfortable and you can hear the noise in the corridor every time it is cleaned or when someone walks by.

Rooms on the street side are quite noisy. The overall quality of the hotel is OK, the problem is the staff.
They kicked me out of the lobby because I was staying there after a lunch to do a conf call. The forced me to buy a coffee to be able to stay.
Poor mentality. I will probably advertise my company to do their events elswhere, in a more friendly and welcoming place

Last time I had a room with a single bed was probably 20 years ago. The bed was annoyingly soft. Breakfast leaves a lot to desire, especially in the warm food department. Location is great. Why is the city tax paid separately and cannot just be added to an already paid reservation? This I will never get.

Really nice place to stay, just 5 minutes away from Lausanne's station. The hotel is super elegant and cosy. The service was perfect, and the room where I stayed was great (see room review below). There's a free sauna, but it's not open at all hours (I didn't had the opportunity to try it). For sure I will stay here again if I go back to Lausanne!!

This is an amazing hotel. From location to comfort, cleanliness and personalised quality of service, in every aspect of service delivery, it stands out to be one of the best hotels I have every stayed at.

Réceptionniste assez sèche au check-in mais le reste du personnel était accueillant, sympathique.
J'ai été apprenti donc je comprends mais il faut juste faire un petit effort sur la première impression car j'ai eu l'impression d'avoir à faire à à un videur de boîte de nuit.
Je mets quand même 4 étoiles au service malgré cette petite déconfiture.

The only negative point is that we checked in dec 2023 and checked out in jan 2024. Meanwhile the taxes changed in Switzerland and they asked us to pay the difference on our checking out, which was unprofessional not informing us in advance.

Exactly what we wanted for an overnight stay in Lausanne. Booked two family rooms for 4 adults and 2 young children. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Buffet breakfast and coffee good. Also great value breakfast for my children (priced according to their age, so CHF 8 for my 8 year old). Thai restaurant in the hotel also very good.
