Abbiamo organizzato un viaggio in Namibia in famiglia con anche dei bambini. Grazie ad Hanneke in fase organizzativa abbiamo potuto adeguare al massimo l'itinerario alle nostre esigenze. Sempre pronta a soddisfare le nostre richieste, tempestiva nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Massima disponibilità ed efficienza. Ci ha offerto strutture di ottimo livello. Una guida molto capace e parlante italiano (una rarità). Ha davvero pensato a tutto offrendoci supporto anche durante il tour. Davvero meravigliosa in ogni fase del viaggio. Non vediamo l'ora di farle organizzare un'altra esperienza africana...Botswana?! Super consigliata!

We had African Wanderer recommended to us by a friend who told us how brilliant Hanneke was and she was right. We started with one of AWs advertised itineraries but after buying a guide book, we realised we wanted to extend our trip and see as much of the country as possible. Hanneke was patient with all our changes and came up with helpful suggestions for the itinerary based on our interests and answered all the questions that we had. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a couple of telephone calls with her during the planning stages and this made us very confident that we had chosen the right person to organise our trip. Communication was fantastic pre departure and she met us at the car rental site in Windhoek, accompanied us to our Windhoek hotel and explained any final questions we had . Hanneke stayed in contact via WhatsApp during the trip eg to warn us about a Desert storm and on another occasion, a poor road condition, and gave us advice about timings to avoid the storm and alternative route for the road closure. She liaised with the car rental company to organise a local garage to replace our spare tyre after a puncture and this was done at our next destination with no hassle to us. The itinerary was amazing with the perfect mix of hiking wildlife, sea life , and educational experiences. Every activity exceeded our expectations. Namibia is an amazing country - stunningly beautiful, friendly, safe and full of adventure and we would recommend it as a holiday destination. Highlights were TokTokkie trail and the Mola Mola day and Spitzkoppe, Okonjima and of course the wildlife - everywhere, not just in Etosha! Our experience was certainly made all the better for using African Wanderer for our booking and planning. Their attention to detail throughout is faultless. We will almost certainly return to Namibia one day and hope to visit Botswana with African Wanderer in the future.
