Un patio confortable avec une piscine ombragée par des arbres, une belle chambre de style authentique avec le point fort étant la salle de bain privée sur la terrasse. Chaque coin du parc de l'hôtel et de la chambre est incroyablement photogénique.
Délicieux petits déjeuners variés, cuisine locale, nombreux cocktails intéressants et de très bonne qualité.
Je recommande également vivement les services de spa.
L'emplacement est très pratique - dans une rue calme, non loin de la rue Pub.
Je remercie tout particulièrement le personnel de l'hôtel pour son attention, sa serviabilité et son excellent service.
Ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial, c'est le personnel exceptionnel. Chaleureux et amical, il s'est assuré que nous disposions de tout ce dont nous avions besoin, qu'il s'agisse de conseils sur la région ou de l'organisation des transports. L'atmosphère paisible de l'hôtel et l'attention portée aux détails en ont fait l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée d'exploration.
Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute lors de notre prochaine visite à Siem Reap ! Nous recommandons vivement ce joyau à tous ceux qui recherchent le confort, un service de qualité et une atmosphère relaxante

Le petit déjeuner était préparé à la commande avec beaucoup de choix. Le restaurant avait beaucoup d'options : khmer et occidental. Un peu cher mais c'est normal pour un restaurant d'hôtel.
Les cocktails étaient excellents.
L'hôtel nous a permis d'utiliser une chambre non réservée pour prendre une douche rapide avant notre voyage en bus couchette, même si nous avions déjà quitté l'hôtel

The location is within a half mile of dozens of casual and fine dining restaurants as well as the old market where there are many bargains. If you need transport farther, the hotel features its own tuk-tuk drivers who have been vetted, and many have worked there for a decade or more there. The charge is small, and they will pick up customers to bring them back to the hotel. You do not have to trust strangers to travel on the streets of Siem Reap.
The all-you-can-eat breakfast is not a buffet, thank goodness, but always cooked to order. The breakfast is included in all rates except for the separate Urban Apartments. The restaurant has a mixed Khmer/western menu for all meals, so you can sample native dishes as well as get your favorite comfort foods.
The adjoining open-air bar features creative craft cocktails and possibly the friendliest bartenders in town. Try the house special Kampot pepper martini, an exclusive made with the Cambodian black peppercorns..
The salt water pool is big enough for laps, and has adjoining chaise loungers with bar/restaurant service.
I have visited Siem Reap a half dozen times, and know this to be an excellent place for newcomers as well as returning guests enchanted with the Cambodia culture and people. The hotel books both airport pick-up as well as all the local tours including the highly popular sunrise at Angkor Wat featured.
Les chambres sont bien décorées, la literie est bonne, le jardin avec la piscine très beau et arboré.
Personnel toujours souriant et serviable.
Bon petit déjeuner, pareil pour les plats du restaurant.
Bien situé à côté du marché et de la rue des vendeurs de street foods on peut aller à pieds au pub street (10 min).
The hotel pick up service from the airport was great and we were welcome with cold drinks with was absolutely nice touch.
The room is gorgeous with an outdoor bath tub and the food was superb! My favorite was green mango salad with dried fish ????????????
The location is perfect, walking distance to many things and secluded from any street noise.
There are a bunch of services and activities that the hotel can arrange for you and I’d recommend those. We did the temples tour with a guide, dinner with a show, Phare the circus and airport pickup/drop off and all of those were great.
We will definitely be going back there next time we’re in Siem Reap

Tout est tres personnalisé.
La direction est là aussi et a un mot gentil pour chacun .
Les chambres sont spacieuses, tres propres, la piscine magnifique.Le restaurant tres bien aussi.
La situation est parfaite, derriere le marché de nuit, dans 1 ruelle, ce qui permet d etre au calme.
Que dire de plus? Allez y!!!!!
The only downsides were the noise at night and hot water (which I had read in other reviews). I used ear plugs which worked great, and ran the shower in intervals to not run out of hot water. It wasn’t a big deal at all.
I would highly recommend this place, and I wouldn’t think to stay anywhere else when we return to Siem Reap!
No where could you possibly find such caring, happy and attentive staff ????????
