Under construction as of March 2024. Decent 2 star hotel. Clean and basic. Rooms a little bit damp and smell kind of like smoke and weed but not surprising.

Very nice people that run this hotel. A girl name Tammy is very nice and always friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. Great breakfast and staff. Rooms and location are clean.

Well we just got to our $126 a night room, it’s 11:30pm and it smells STRONGLY of urine! Will NOT be back!!!

Construction/ Remodeling the 3rd floor. Area not properly blocked off. Crushed sheetrock on floor as you get off the elevator. Hallway smells like strong chemicals, glue, paint, etc... The room did not smell bad until the following morning. Very ashamed of this hotel for allowing guest to stay on that floor.

Constant door slamming, front clerk that rarely answers the phone and could care less, children running up and down the halls unattended. If your looking for a hotel to relax and enjoy the evening. Maybe look some where else, you wont find it here. 4 December 2023 at 5:40 PM

Management was very responsive. I asked for a little help with the TV. They followed me to the room and took care of it quickly. My kids were ready for bed . We only watch TV at bedtime.

Great hotel, great location! Many food options and retail stores nearby. The room was clean and very comfortable. They had a microwave and a dorm sized refrigerator. Our room had a nice view over looking the river. The free breakfast in the morning had many choices and was delicious.

I only stay at Marriott hotels. They always have clean rooms and the hotel is quiet

Recommend calling before you go to make sure there is not a party at the pool. There was 24+ people located at the pool. Lady at the front desk knew these people. It was very evident people at the pool were not paying customers. Brought this to the attention of the Manager, she did not acknowledge this did not meet the expectation of a paying customer (me). Therefore I will find another Hotel in town to make for our Family Pool trips…aka paying customer.

Crisp clean rooms that are open and spacious. The whole experience was great! From the nice staff to the great rooms and pricing. Great place to stay with loads of amenities!

Rooms were ok could be cleaner and maintenance could step their game up. The hot tub was broken and the chems were off also exterior needs cleaning. ( from a facilities manager)

In town for a soccer tournament. The hotel was perfect and the rooms were very nice. Breakfast was good and stayed stocked with heavy traffic.

Don’t know enough to determine if this is a great location but didn’t see a lot of nearby food options for us foodies here for the Lao New Year! Great budget stay that is newer, clean and space for a group of 4 and 1 child. Staff was great and the included breakfast was actually decent!

Met a friend here we came into town from Arizona had breakfast in the lobby and a friendly staff that actually engaged us and was actually concerned with if we are enjoying ourselves and if he enjoyed his stay

I stay in this hotel quite often due to business travel. The rooms are very clean, bed is comfortable and nice.
The manager and all the staffs are very attentive, friendly and helpful!! The breakfast buffets have lots of items to choose from. I will definitely stay in this hotel again, 5/5 star experience.

Bonne localisation et personnel très sympathique! La personne a l'accueil nous a très bien conseillé pour le restaurant du soir et nous a même imprimé un plan!
Un seul bémol: un insecte la nuit dans la chambre, inconnu et très gros, qui avait du rentrer par la fenêtre...!
