Checkout is at 11, they knock at 10 very loudly. If you don't answer in 3 seconds, he just walks inside your room. Room always dirty because he rushes the underpaid housekeepers, wifi shuts down every 10 minutes due to terrible connection, towels have holes in them and are very stained, was put in a different room than what was paid for, foreign man with the glasses is SOOOO RUDE! I'm sure it's against policy for him to be banging on everyone's doors and hour before checkout.

You sent a generic message with no power behind it. After I left my review I saw ALL of the other HORRIBLE reviews and it is apparent that You've known about ALL of this for a long time and refused to do anything about it. You don't feel bad about any of it as you continue to make money so you feel it's none of your true concern.

It was actually very clean! Manager was checking to make sure rooms were clean. Very professional run. Newly renovated.

The room was dirty. Toilet didn't look like it had been cleaned. Towels were dirty. Requested more, and they had brown stains on them. Sheets had hair on them. Stayed here because the price was good. I will not use this place again.

Great place to stay at reasonable rate. Clean, great staff, management is awesome, room has microwave, fridge, and coffee, all I needed.

The hotel was close to the hospital my husband was in the rooms was very nice for a good price and they really accommodated our needs we had two families with us so they gave us an adjoining room. Will be staying there next time I go lake Charles

I reserved a handicap room but was given a regular room but it was roomy enough for my 84 yr old mom who is in a wheelchair to move around. She has a right amputation a d she had no bars to hold on. I asked for a extra pillow but I was told they didn't have extra pillow. One of my towels had makeup on it.
I like the location it was pretty quiet after everyone quiet down. It was clean and reasonably priced. I would stay again but carry my own pillows and towels.

Stayed for 3 nights. The people in the front desk were very friendly! I accidently booked the wrong date for the 3rd night and the hotel helped me with it to get it resolved! Rooms are clean and smelled amazing! Would definitely recommend!
