Idk where to start. From the OLD FOOD left in the fridge , to being charged 3 times for a room. And weeks later, I’m still being charged for the room. They offered no solution so I have to cancel my card just to get the charges to stop. Wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here ‼️‼️

This place was the worse motel I have ever stayed at...how did they ever get the name Wyndham....looks like a knack spot, more like a motel 6 hourly place ....stayed only cause I didn't have a choice...service personal and management were very rude ..I do not recommend this place to no one that is on vacation with family.....not a family friendly place..and does not look safe at all...at 6 am people we're doing what seems like a drug deal in the parkinlot... if you do go there etake your gun!!!!

Clerk lady was rude and the mattresses had big brown stains on them and the sheets had a yellow stains. Also the Wi-Fi password didn’t work

We traveled into Lake Charles, Louisiana to officiate a weekend-long basketball tournament. 8am - 915pm both days. It's no-frills but very comfy spot. Rates were affordable @ $65/night using Wyndham Rewards and the hotel was 3 minutes from the venue. Room and linens were clean and odor-free. Amenities are antiquated but they work (washer and dryer worked great) and lobby was abt 10' x 8'. Tiny. The staff seems to be a family and are kind and friendly but cautious (maybe a high crime area?) Family vacation-no; a clean comfy spot to sleep and shower-yes.

Management is very nice and friendly. The location is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The building is old but the rooms are updated and clean. We didn't wake up with our backs hurting. We didn't have any complaints. Fresh coffee in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again.

The customer service was great and even accommodated me because I preferred to be down stairs with a nonsmoking room. The hotel was perfect from venue. Room was clean. Only problem we had and it wasn’t because of hotel the storm knocked the power out and of course we couldn’t figure out the a/c but it kicked back on. The price was great as well.
