We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 Friday, March 8 after a 9 hour drive. We wanted to get a good night’s sleep as we had yet another 9 hour drive to our destination. We were woken up to kids running up and down the hall, talking loud and tapping on their room door (possibly to get their room mate’s attention). At 10:59 PM. I opened my door and about 6 girls, probably 4th or 5th graders, were standing in the hall by their room giggling. Then I called the front desk to complain about the disturbance. The receptionist’s response was inaudible, something about baseball. I had to ask the receptionist to talk to the chaperones to have a chat with the kids. The noise died down about 11:45. By the way, when my husband asked about a military discount “not tonight” was the reply.

Couldn't get logged on to wifi, after 30 minutes on hold, front desk gave me a number to call, then after 15 minutes of talking they didn't know what the problem was. Hand rail in shower was holding on by one screw and water was brown! Worst experience with any hotel with Hilton.

We were pressed to find a room at a late hour. Was glad when we found an open room here. The a/c got really nice and cold. They had an extra cotton blanket since duvet was too warm. Bed was firm but comfortable. Only negative was the shower frame had mold looking at the base. Not enough water pressure from shower head. Muffins were fresh and coffee was good. Breakfast selection was good. Was acknowledged as hilton member so got a slight discount. Rate was pretty high still but just glad we found a room.

Everything at the hotel was fine except for the guy at the front desk wouldn't take My Rewards member because our rooms were booked under one name. I have stayed at Hampton Inns across the country and they will usually just split the rooms up into separate names so we can all get our rewards but this guy didn't want to or didn't know how. Besides that it was ok.

Excellent facilities and staff. Might want to brief customers what the "EmH" on the wall thermostat is. Also a floor lamp by the couch to read would really be good. Thank you

My 7 month old was awoken by the alarm clock in our room that went off at 5am!! Then again at 6am from another room that was not occupied for 2 hours. At 8am the housekeepers were knocking on doors loudly saying “housekeeping” over and over. This was not a restful or relaxing stay after a 9 hour drive. When I brought up these issues to the women working on the front desk, she replied “sorry that happened” and “those dang housekeepers”. What a waste of my Hilton honor points! Disappointing!

We stayed 3 nights and were pleased with our room and the location. The staff were less than friendly especially in the breakfast area. The food was not hot . Overall good stay and we will go back.
At this point, I told him if he couldn't handle the situation I could call the police and make an official noise complaint. He kind of smirked/laughed and said they wouldn't do anything. This irritated me because at this point he was simply not going to do anything about it. I told him that I was a paying customer and had the right to a peaceful night in a room that I had paid them for.
At this point, I went back to my room and decided to give it 30 more minutes before calling the police. Luckily, around 1145 the individuals settled down and all was peaceful.
My biggest complaint is the staff literally did nothing other than ask the individuals to be quiet. I'm sure there has to be hotel noise policy. Maybe this individual followed it and the hotel will do nothing about it, or, maybe he didn't.
Another issue that I had with this hotel was the outside accent lights. They are bright and point toward the hotel windows. The rooms do not include blackout curtains, so you have this bright light shining in the room all night. They really need better curtains, like the pull down ones at other Hilton brand hotels.
I'm sure that most people will not experience the same thing we did. But, this does go to show how the staff handled the situation and I think they did a fairly poor job. Considering we spent less than 12 hours in the hotel, and 2 hours was wasted on noise issues, I was definitely disappointed in this particular Hilton hotel.
