We have nothing bad to say we slept good

Bicycle rack on car poked a little hole in pillar. Owner was understanding and said no charge.

I booked two rooms at the Monroe Louisiana at Days Inn (213 & 215). The reference number was 72053836862312 and covered 3/21/24 to 3/23/24. On March 23 at 9:50am, I extended my two room (213 & 215) booked stay at the Days Inn Monroe, Louisiana reference number 72053870323779 from 3/23/24 to 3/27/24. On March 23rd, after extending my stay, I left for the day and upon my return (after 8pm), the key to my room would not work. I went to the front desk to get another card and was detained for and hour. I was interrogated about the alleged room number I was in. I gave the clerk my valid identification and reservation number and pouch with the key cards. He kept saying you are not assigned to room 213. I kindly reiterated to him that all my belongings are in that room. He told me to step aside so he could help the white male behind me. He spoke kinder to him and provided exemplary services to him. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the clerk who sharply said your room is book as a different room and I need to find put what is going on. Once the man left there were two new women who came in and I told the clerk that I was not going to stay in this lobby while you service these other people ahead of me. He said I need to verify you had this room and that no one else is in there. He follows me to my room and knocks on the door. After no o es answers he entered the room. I had to show him my passport that was sitting on the dresser. It wasn't until after that, he gave me one key to my room. My son who had room 215 went to the office to get a set of 2nd keys for our rooms. Just as we thought this extremely inconvenient nightmare was over. Around 12:30am, my son was abruptly awaken to a family of three and a dog opening his door while he was in bed. The family said they were assigned the room. It took over and hour to sort this out. I also, want to note that my room had a large amount of knats surrounding the sink. After further investigation, it was due to a large amount of gunky debris and hair in the sink drain. This stay has been nothing less of a disappointing disaster. We have purchased internal locks for fear of our safety.

Muy mal experiencia llevamos a nuestra mascota que pesa 3 libras y nos dieron una habitación que era muy fuerte el olor a cigarros mi esposo fue a que nos cambiaran de cuarto o nos devolvieran el dinero y le dijeron que no podían hacer eso , nosotros veníamos de un viaje muy largo super cansados y nos tuvimos que quedar yo tuve que dormir con máscara porque nos dieron un líquido para echarlo en la habitación para el olor a cigarro era tan fuerte el olor que me dio tos muy fuerte soy alérgica , las sábanas manchadas y llenas de quemaduras de cigarro toda mi noche horribleeeeeeeeeee , quería irme aunque perdiera mis 130 dólar

Felt unsafe with illegal drug activity apparent on premises (strong smell of Marijuana in close proximity of my room) and multiple episodes of people knocking on my door in early morning hours. Room cleaning only occurred twice during a 5 day stay and lobby people being rude when I asked for clean towels due to no room cleaning. I would not recommend staying at this location
