OHTELS VIL.LA ROMANA

Très bon hôtel, à 1km du parc Port Aventura. Bonne animation le soir.
Dommage le service de ménage n'est pas passé dans notre chambre durant nos 3 jours de séjour.

There are probably two weeks in the year, when food is good(seen the photos with real guests). Yeah, you won't die of starvation but the whole food and restaurant staff is really disappointing. God damn, women serving in this restaurant should be trained how to respond to "hallo". I mean, how should I feel if have paid for my holidays to be treated as a hostile. Short story: female staff have killed the restaurant experience (which was poor anyway). You HAVE to pay for drinks with the evening meals even that you paid already for Full Board. I come to Spain for many years now and it was my first time being robbed like that. And when you add the treatment by the staff, that makes me never to come back there. Language: to the management: if you hire someone in hospitality business, IT IS KIND OF NECESSITY to have basic English. I say "water" and short hair blonde female doesn't understand what the hell do I ask for. Does she? No, she knows, but for some reason it is below her dignity to get me water. The magic word is "aqua". I work too hard to spend my money in a place where I'm not wanted.
Rooms ok.
Pool area ok.
Bar staff (of course no English) but at least friendly.
Reception-good communication, helpful and friendly.
So, hire new staff (all females, because males there were at least friendly and helpful), teach them basic customer service and basic English . Invest a bit in the food and get the drinks for free and you probably get more stars. Not from me, I'm done with villa Romana.

L'hôtel est très bien placé et facile d'accès.
Il offre de belles prestations.
Certes il est un peu bruyant mais la plupart des clients viennent en famille avec des enfants donc rien d'anormal.
