Questo hotel gode di un'ottima posizione a Kos, le camere sono ottime, la pulizia viene effettuata ogni giorno e avviene quotidianamente il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani.
Il personale si presenta gentile e cortese, pronto ad aiutarti se si presenta un problema.
L'aria condizionata è a pagamento.

-no air conditioning at all!!. The AC in the room is set to 24 ( actually it just blows air) and cannot be changed via any means. You can not cool your room down. We were also told AC is an extra (we had to tell them to check that we have paid for it) . That is the most ridicilous thing I have ever heard of.

-dirty : bugs all around.. see the pics. I saw 1 cockroach eaten by ants on the way to the room and another type of bug in the room (see the uploaded photos). also the air channels in the bathroom were never cleaned I guess.disgustingly dusty.

-staff is weird: interesting to see that how they normalize weird things. I told them that the AC is not working and all they told me is that that is how it is in greece now because the infrastructure is not able to support high load and 24 is a very good temperature to set at!(then set yours not mine) It was my 3rd hotel on the island and none had pre settings like this or concerns about infrastructure. I guess they are squeezing everything to get/save every penny possible.. the attitude was not ok.
