Avec son style de brasserie chic et épurée, le Muse, qui prend place dans la sublime Mango House, régale ses convives de spécialités italiennes aux accents créoles. Il faut dire que l'hôtel a pris place dans l'ancienne maison du célèbre photographe Gian Paolo Barbieri et que le Muse a été décrit par le photographe comme « l’équilibre parfait entre raffinement et décontraction ». La carte du chef Carmine, imaginée tous les jours avec les produits frais du marché, est un enchantement.

Estancia muy decepcionante por una mala gestión del equipo de dirección/front desk. Reservamos una noche el 16 de agosto. Hotel con muy buenas instalaciones aunque todo muy agrupado y playa pequeña. El problema sucedió cuando la noche del 16 de agosto tras llamar 3 veces para reservar un baño nos dicen que al otro día tendremos que dejar el hotel a las 10 (persona muy borde por cierto). OK, pero esperábamos disfrutar de las instalaciones. El 17 de agosto el personal del desayuno bastante borde, nos damos cuenta que todo el hotel está desalojándose y nos presionan para que nos vayamos cuanto antes, cuando habíamos planeado quedarnos en el hotel durante el día. Muy mal praxis del director Giuseppe y su equipo, ya que si me van a “echar” del hotel a las 10am deben avisar semanas antes ya que hubiéramos ido a otro hotel con staff más agradable y profesional. Entendemos perfectamente que por la visita de alguien tan importante como el equipo del presidente de EAU se desaloje el edificio, perfecto y entendible, pero avisen a sus huéspedes y que ellos decidan, no les hagas ir para luego echarles. Mala actitud del staff del desayuno y en front desk. Cuando nos quejamos a Giuseppe mandó a todo el equipo a despedirnos con la mano (tipo White Lotus) y la verdad fue bastante incómodo, ya que no queremos servilismo, simplemente buena actitud y que no te “echen”.
Staff hay de todo, agradables pero en general lentos en el servicio. Genial el chico que nos preparó el baño, lo mejor de la estancia, la experiencia del baño y las habitaciones que están nuevas y agradables.

Very nice hotel make you feel welcoming
The staff is very friendly and supportive very tasty food in all restaurants location is good but you can’t swim in ocean due to lots of rocks

Everything is perfect but one star was lost in my case because I did not like the beach
