Schönes Hotel, tolle Villen wir hatten eine Strandvilla. Abzug: Das Buffet Restaurant ist leider keine 5 Sterne! Auch das Frühstück ist nicht mal 4 Sterne wert , da geht deutlich mehr...und man erwartet für den Preis auch mehr!!! Auswahl ist wirklich nicht gut und eher lieblos, hingegen sind die à la carte Restaurants hervorragend, besonders der Italiener. Die "zusatzkosten" vor Ort sind übertrieben... angefangen vom
Private Boot Transfer für viel zu viel Geld bis zur Pizza für 40 Euro... untersteuerte Getränke usw... da muss definitiv mehr Balance rein, sonst fühlt man sich hier leider eher "ausgenommen" und es hat einen schlechten Beigeschmack - das kann Hilton definitiv besser!!!

It was perfect place to be relaxed especially for the family accompanying with children. The staffs are very kind and always trying to support you to enhance our stay. Our family hope to visit again soon to the perfect paradise.

I tried to organize my wedding at the resort, but the communication didn't go well. I wrote several emails, no response, then I gave them a call, a lady named Nichole told me that she will reply to my email, I was very happy about it, she sent me the same brochure that is on the website and no one ever replied to my inquiries again for weeks. I gave up to organize my wedding there, due to communication issues and I doubt about the quality of their services. I would have come with several guests, but I'm tired of not being able to talk there with anyone professional.

Moreover, I have reached out to the reservation department for an offer for us and our guests and they sent me higher prices for accomodation than anywhere else stated on the internet and their own website with the most unfavorable conditions, without coming back to me with explanation or anything. I don't think I will ever get to anyone competent in this hotel. I really liked the island, the nature, but the incompetence and this one step forward 2 steps back is just drained my energy. No more Hilton Labriz.

Amazing experience overall. We spent a wonderful honeymoon here, even with a room over booking initially, staff went out of their way to make up for this. Everyone was friendly and without exception we were greeted warmly. It's not cheap, there are some eye watering costs, even when this is expected so make sure to allow for this, with tax and service charges also added to everything so be warned. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained and works well with ICS on sustainability and to minimise the environmental impact on the island.
The beach is stunning and the sea so blue, we didn't feel the need to go anywhere else.

Top Hotel, tolle Insel, traumhafter Strand :)
Aber das honey moon Paket NICHT buchen! Meine Eltern haben es extra für uns gebucht und gut gemeint, aber der Preis ist völlig überzogen für ne Flasche Prosecco, nen Kuchen und nen Obstteller. Dann haben sie uns noch ne Wanne eingelassen mit Blumen, was vom Personal sehr schön gemacht worden ist und es war ein „romantisches Dinner“ am Strand versprochen. Jedoch hieß es plötzlich, dass es nur seafood geben würde. Das wusste niemand und mein Mann isst leider kein Seafood. Die Alternative der Managerin war, dass wir vom Sakura Restaurant (wo das Essen eh inklusive ist, zum Strand gebracht werden kann) wow und letztlich haben wir auch kein 3 Gängemenü bekommen wie besprochen. Sondern ein Steak und 4 Shrimps und als Dessert schlechten Schokokuchen und harte Melone. Also bitte nicht buchen für den Preis von 500€!!!!!!! Völlig überzogen, keine Leistung dahinter. Aber eben Angestellte sind super, aber von oben müsste einiges geändert werden

Negatives:
The location was perfect for me and my Wife however we were so disappointed with the Hilton as a brand. Where do we start. From the moment we arrived we were never felt like we were welcome. The staff and customer service was very disconnected, one of the worse customer service experiences of our lives. From every day service in the restaurants to any customer interaction by staff whatsoever. For a super expensive holiday which took 3 years to save for to have felt like we wasn’t welcome was horrible. Staff uninterested, on their phones while serving guests, talking about and laughing when errors were made, every single bill was wrong, as if my suspicion of getting more tips added to likely compensate for a poor wage. On one occasion we had to get the bill amended 3 times. Charging for included items such as water which was terrible and then made to feel like it was our fault, being tutted at for making a decision from the lunch menu. We chose full board as we thought that would be the best experience. We were wrong, terrible rude, unacceptable behaviour from 90% of staff. On 1 occasion we had hairs in our food, and we made a massive complaint to the assistant manager Estelle which we then told about everything. She listened and was responsive, we then saw some improvement but this was likely too late and felt then very forced as the same staff members we was experiencing beforehand just wasn’t interested. Baring one lovely lady Dian who was serving in the breakfast restaurant I would say the rest are there to con as much money out of customers as possible from adding items to bills, to the hotel charging absolutely crazy prices for food and drink not included on the full board plan. The food was bland, the restaurants were average at best and the service was horrible. I would absolutely never recommend the “Hilcon” as it should be renamed to anyone. The location and wildlife was absolutely wonderful and should another hotel take over we would not come back sadly. What a massive let down this was in such a far away amazing destination. Sadly, Hilton is not doing this beautiful location justice and as a brand this is a massive let down. Even on the last day the service went down hill, no communication, no care and understanding. Hilton, what a disappointment.

Positives:
We would recommend the deluxe pool beach villa as this was very nice and very quiet at the end where the big boulders are located. The beach is amazing and the wildlife breathtaking from many species of crabs to huge fruit bats. 406 was our room, only 9 of these along the shore and you won’t regret this.

Restaurant is not bad, it is not enough for 4 star resort. Extra drinks are more expensive than in all parts of Europe.

Wir waren ab 25.10.23 für 11 Nächte auf Silhouette.. was soll ich sagen, es war einfach nur traumhaft schön, genauso paradiesisch wie es auf Bildern im Internet usw. gezeigt wird. Weißer Sand und türkisfarbenes Meer. Wir hatten eine Beachfront-Villa mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, Wasser wird täglich kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, Reinigung täglich, und abends wird nachgefragt, ob alles okay ist oder ob man noch was benötigt (an dieser Stelle ganz lieben Dank an Jimmy und Harrison, ihr seid großartig). Frühstück und Abendessen immer abwechslungsreich und lecker. Einziges Manko, und auch mehrfach erwähnt: die sehr hohen Getränkepreise. Die Angestellten im gesamten Hotel sind herzlich und freundlich, immer ein Lachen im Gesicht, aber nicht aufgesetzt. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt

Sentiment très mitigé pour nous
Hôtel très bien situé, plage de rêve et chambres très belles
En revanche un seul restaurant ouvert le midi et trop petit pour accueillir suffisamment les gens.
Aucun des autres restaurants ne relève vraiment le niveau en terme de qualité alors que les prix y sont très chers
Les activités proposées sont également très chères, plus de 200 euros le baptême de plongée
On vous déconseille fortement les randonnées seuls sur place, sûrement pour vous vendre un guide à 120 euros alors qu'au final la rando vers anse mandon se fait bien
Peu de parasols au bord de la piscine
Peu de transat pour y installer suffisamment de monde
Des prestations qui valent un 2 ou 3 étoile selon moi en France

Such a beautiful resort for our honeymoon!! The water was the bluest we had ever seen. It was so fun to bike around the island and explore the property. We enjoyed having different options for food each night, even though the wonderful buffet was included in our reservation. Highly recommend!

Niestety rozczarował mnie ten hotel, szczególnie w zakresie obsługi. Były to drobne rzeczy, ale składające się na większą całość, np.
-często nie miałem okazji spróbować dań, bowiem szybko znikały
-po przyjeździe długo jeżdziliśmy, a potem długo czekaliśmy na możliwość dostania się do naszego domku
-jak odpłynąłem z hotelu zorientowałem się, że zostawiłem kabel od iPad-a w domku, pomimo że tego samego dnia zgłosiłem to w recepcji to okazało się, że nikt nic nie znalazł w tym domku.
Polecam dla osób chcących obcować z naturą. Szczególnie polecam ścieżkę do Anse Mondon.

Great location. Beautiful beach and nature with its animals.
Room was great. Just lucking some designer's decor. Same as reception on island - need a designer's eye to add up more colors. It felt like Hilton going cheap specifically on this resort.

Our villa had a backyard patio with lounge chairs, hammock, bushes, sandy beach and ocean. All you can dream about.
Good solf bedding, huge bathroom with toilet, shower, bath tub and outside shower.
Staff was very welcoming and happy.
We used free bikes daily. You just have to claim it in the morning on the first come forst serve base and return before 6 pm.
Few times we asked for a buggy ride to the restaurant in the evening.
Prices in all restaurants here are very high. Prepare to spend more than 140 or 180 dollars per person for few dishes dinner course or 69 for buffet.
Breakfast place set up by the ocean and under the trees that have a lot of fruit bats. So you can enjoy eating and watching bats, crabs, birds.

No free tours, group activities or evening shows included here. Everything you have to pay for and tour prices are huge.
Free is only using bikes if you got it, watch tortoises sanctuary or feed them at 10 am or play ping-pong, mini golf or giant chess.
No actual intertainment in the evening: no shows, no live music.
We actually came to advertise once a week fire show and dinner. It wasn't raining, but rain was forecasted to start in about 3 h. So show was canceled. The only show per whole week. Noone made us aware about that, even we reserved the table. Dinner menu said that show is included for this 4 course(no other options at this place), but price wasn't adjusted when no show and you still have to pay almost 200 dollars per person. We only came to, this place for show, but ended up feeling bad as we didn't have a choice anymore - all places have to be reserved in advance, otherwice you go hungry.

You can go on your own also for a short hike and discover a hidden beach.

We liked the tranquil and relaxing beach here with all its animal life.

Advice to reception. Please be sensitive to world political situation. Don't place together in one buggy or in nearby villas russian and Ukrainian people or Israeli and Palestinian. Mind differences.

Eine ansprechende Hotelanlage mit traumhaften Bungalows. Wir hatten eine Beachfront Villa und vom Zimmer aus einen traumhaften Ausblick auf Strand und Meer. Das unauffällige Housekeeping war sehr gut. Fast jeder Wunsch wurde einem erfüllt. Die Speisenqualität und Vielfalt war ausgezeichnet. Die gesamte Gartenanlage ist schön, könnte jedoch etwas gepflegter sein. Einziges Manko, die sehr teuren Getränke- und Speisenpreise, zusätzlich zur Halbpension.

Wunderschöner Strand zum Entspannen und spazieren gehen. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, die fast jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Die Strandvillen sind sehr geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier richtig. Die Insel ist ein Naturschutzgebiet und einfach wunderschön.

Simply the best Hilton we ever stayed with super friendly staff and excellent service in all areas. We had a breathtaking beach front Villa on this paradise island. It is THE place to be for a dream vacation. Food is great in the buffet restaurant as well as in the other restaurants at this resort. It was just an overall top experience to stay at this beautiful piece of earth. Will come back for sure.

Ignore the negative feedbacks. This place is great. Very maldives like if that is what you need.
Yes drinks are expensive. Bring some from the mainland with you !!!
Water is free, this is rare, and free for dinner also.
Its a relaxing island, don't expect to do much.
Rooms are spacious
Food is great
Views are great
You have walking and hiking around the island if you get too bored.
I dont understand why people come here with kids, it's more a couples retreat

Die Insel Silhouette ist ein Traum, wir sind im September dort gewesen es ist die perfekte Mischung aus Erholungs und Abenteuerurlaub. Das Hilton lässt sich gut vergüten aber es ist jeden Cent wert. Wir waren 9 Tage dort und 5 Tage auf Praslin und Mahe oh ne. Das beschreibt es ganz gut, wer im Hilton war auf Silhouette ist vorgeprägt und wird im weiteren Inselhopping Verlauf nicht mehr glücklich werden. Da man den Standart dort genießt. Auch Strände wie Anse Lazio oder d, Argent sind eine Lachnummer im Vergleich zu la passe denn man hat dort bei der Beach Front Villa seinen eigenen Strand den man nicht teilen muss, und er ist schöner als der Rest. Es ist ein Traum. Wir haben für die Verpflegung für 9 Tage 26.000 Rupies in Rechnung gestellt bekommen. Das sind 1800 Euro, 900 Euro pro Person was meines Erachtens nach günstig war denn da ist alles bei Essen, Trinken, Alkohol und Souvenirs. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder machen. Jede schlechte Bewertung hier ist individuell wenn man den Stock zu tief im A. hat gibt es mit Sicherheit Dinge zu nörgeln und wenn man kein Geld hat sollte man es nicht buchen. Wenn man 6000 Euro zur Verfügung hat sind es zwei perfekte Wochen im Paradies mit Flug, Übernachtung und Verpflegung. Im Indischen Ozean ist die Insel schwer zu toppen.

Einfach nur ein traumhaftes Hotel. Alle sehr freundlich, top Lage, traumhafter Strand. Das einzige worüber man sich im klaren sein muss, das dort alles ziemlich teuer ist. Ich würde immer wieder hin...

Wir waren im September 2023 für 4 Tage auf Silhouette. Tolle Hotelanlage mit sehr großen und sehr sauberen Bungalows. Im Speisesaal und Restaurants super nettes Personal, was man tagsüber an der Poolbar allerdings nicht sagen konnte. Bedienung zum Teil völlig verplant. z.B. Gin-Tonic bestellt und Gin-Sprite erhalten. Die Strandbar tagsüber selten besetzt, vermutlich trotz Hauptsaison wg. der überzogenen Preise. Büchse Cola 7,- € Bacardi 2 cl 8,- €, Gin-Tonic 18,-€. Aber ansonsten eine sehr schöne Anlage direkt an einem wunderschönen Strand.

Un resort meraviglioso, molto bravi in tutto e un servizio impeccabile, il personale sempre molto attento e disponibile! Himanshu delle pulizie è stato fantastico.
La spiaggia è un sogno, un angolo di paradiso. Le camere sono molto ben arredate e i letti sono molto confortevoli. La King Beachfront Villa è favolosa hai la spiaggia proprio di fronte a te. Il cibo è eccellente.

In dieser Bewertung möchte ich nur das Hotel an sich bewerten und nicht die Restaurants - diese wurden in eigenen Bewertungen erwähnt.

Zimmer - Beach Front Villa:
Das Zimmer war mehr als ausreichend groß. Ebenso das Bett. Dieses war bequem. Man hatte zwei Kopfkissen. An was man sich als Deutscher gewöhnen muss ist die Bettdecke. Nicht eine für jeden sondern eine große für das gesamte Bett. Aber das ist eben so.
Hinzu kommt noch eine bequeme Couch mit Sesseln. Ein Glas-Schreibtisch. Ein Fernseher - nutzen wir nur 1x. Der Empfang war damals nur mittelmäßig. Aber man kommt ja auch nicht dafür auf die Seychellen.
Das Bad ist mehr als geräumig. Zwei Waschbecken, eine sehr große Regendusche, eine Toilette und eine extra Außendusche.
Dazu noch unzählige Staumöglichkeien für die Kleidung - Schränke, Schubläden usw.
Minibar usw. gibt es natürlich auch. Ebenso wie Wäscheservice, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Föhn, Klimaanlage,...
Die Veranda war noch mit zwei liegen und einem Tisch + zwei Stühlen und noch einen Tisch ausgestattet. Wir konnten dann direkt zum Strand. Im kleinen Vorgarten standen dann nochmals zwei Liegen. Handtücher dafür gab es auch extra - auf Wunsch so oft gewechselt wie man möchte.
Strand:
Sehr weitläufiger Strand. Da es bei uns sehr windig war, wurden auch viele Korallen und Muscheln angespült. Auch waren immer Glassplitter mit dabei (dafür kann das Hotel nichts). Deshalb sind Strandschuhe zu empfehlen. Besonders wenn man ins mehr geht. Denn dort sind viele scharfkantige Felsen. Wasser ist aber - wenn es sonnig ist - wirklich so türkis wie im Werbeprospekt.

Anlage an sich:
Sehr weitläufig. Viel grün. Einfach wunderschön. Es gibt viele Krebse die man bewundern kann. Der im innern gelegene kleine See beherbergt ein paar Rochen. Auch kommt immer wieder ein Seereiher vorbei.
Immer und überall mit dabei sind Vögel. Vor allem wenn man beim Essen auf der Terrasse der Restaurants sitz. Das kann ab und zu stören. Auch kommen ab und zu einige Fliegen wenn man dort sitzt. Aber dafür gibt es so elektrische Fliegenabwehrgeräte (schauen aus wie Hubschrauber). Die helfen ganz gut.
Auch sehr schön ist der Blick auf die Berge. Diese sind oft Wolkenverhangen und bieten einen mystischen Anblick.
Von der Anlage aus kann man schöne Spaziergang aus unternehmen. Die Wege sind gut ausgeschildert. Große Wanderungen sollte man aber besser nicht alleine Unternehmen. Da bitte vor Ort informieren.
Was auch unheimlich toll ist: Der Nachthimmel. Man kann dort unzählige Sterne bewundern, da sich dort die Lichtverschmutzung in Grenzen hält.

Auch wenn einige Bewertungen immer wieder bemängeln, dass sich dieses Hilton nicht mit einem aus der Großstadt messen könne. Muss es das? Man ist hier auf einer Insel wo wirklich alles per Schiff gebracht werden muss. Das muss man vorher bedenken.
Auch das Klima. Die salzige Meerluft und die starke UV-Strahlung lässt uU das eine oder andere schneller altern. Aber darüber muss man sich vorher im klaren sein.

Fazit trotzdem: Ein Hotel das wirklich zu empfehlen ist.
