Buena ubicación, atención regular, la habitación fue regular y no había papel higiénico cuando llegamos, el desayuno no fue bueno, en la noche había algo de bulla por los bares cercanos, el parque es cercano y para ir al club que cuenta con la piscina se debe ir en carro.

I can't say enough great things about the people. My partner was stung by a stingray on the third day of our week visit and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. We are also very thankful that the restaurant is very good as we couldn't get out and around for a few days.

The property was really nice and clean. The pool is kept well and there was lots of room around it with both sun and shade locations.

As for the rooms, if you are staying more than a couple days, may I recommend getting a larger room than the 'cozy' balcony? The bathroom was a little tight and there is not a lot of space to store your things. If you need a little more of the modern creature comforts in your hotel room, I would recommend you might want to look at another location.

I would definitely stay here again.

Its a 4 star hotel so I'l give it 4 stars. We stayed for a week and we got what we were expecting - no porch for sitting but you should be at the beach. The toilet/bathroom stunk so we keep the door shut which made it stink more. The shower took us a bit to find the magic spot - not too hot, not too cold. The breakfast was included. It was good - typical Costa Rican food. Not as good as you could get at the Soda down the street but definitely good for a free breakfast. Unfortunately most of our day trips started so early we couldn't get the breakfast.

Très bon accueil, le service est impeccable. Les chambres sont un peu petites mais agréables. La climatisation est un plus apprécié. La piscine est grande et bien aménagée. Bravo et merci.

This was our second stay and it just keeps getting better. There is a great vibe with every one there , the saying above and beyond certainly applies to the staff at the Palms. Randal was the most observant and helpful manager i have ever met in all my travels.. A complete place to stay, Front desk rocked the servers spot on and food was crazy good.

Habitación bien. Baño de la habitación super pequeño, cae el agua por todo el piso y la ducha no tienen el flujo del agua uniformemente.

Es desayuno está muy bien, es Pinto, frutas y puede tomar cereal.

además, algo super bueno, es que el hotel da opción de ir a este otro hotel, es muy lindo y privado. (Coloco foto)

No hay piscina en donde están las habitaciones, se debe recorrer 20 minutos pero vale la pena las 2 opciones que dan.

Las piscinas están habilitadas hasta las 6.

I hate this hotel I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! Music was equally loud in our room as it is outside . Horrible no sleep!!!

Wonderful service provided by the staff working there. The restaurant serves DELICOUS food, and the servers were very kind. The pool was very nice too! Rooms were a bit small, but other than that, it was a great stay for the night. Considering you get free breakfast too, the price and location are fantastic.

Great service! Let me check in early and leave late. Front desk staff are very nice. The pool is not on property and the rooms need a slight refresh. Great location if you like being in the middle of things, I liked it but you might want something else.

No hot water for shower!
Beds are terribly uncomfortable old spring mattresses.
Bad wifi
Pool and amenities are at another affiliated hotel.
Birds are extraordinarily loud outside our room.

The hotel was not as advertised. It’s moderately clean, but several broken things in the room (outlet, lightbulbs, no hot water). The wifi was spotty, at best. We found street parking which was fine, and there is an offsite lot apparently. The hotel is central and walkable to everything, but the pool/gym is NOT on site and it’s about a 20 min walk away. The pool club access is somewhat redeeming. But bring your own towel!! They don’t tell you that... Our experience with breakfast was not at all good, thankfully there is a good coffee place just down the road. If you’re not fussy at overpaying for practically no amenities, then this is the place for you! If you expect anything more than the basics (and some of them broken, at that), go somewhere else.

Pues en nuestro caso íbamos 4 noches con niños , reservamos por Booking y en el anuncio aparece una piscina preciosa , cual es nuestra sorpresa cuando llegamos y nos dicen que tenemos la posibilidad de acceder a 2 piscinas ,pero una está a 1 km y la otra a 2,5 km ....te pagan el transporte ,pero esa no era la idea .....luego llegamos y el wifi no funcionaba ,la caja fuerte gratuita tampoco ......nos cambiaron de habitación, la caja fuerte funcionaba y el wifi lo arreglaron ,pero solo había cobertura en el baño ,....las almohadas muy malas , luego había en la habitación una lista de todo lo que podía romperse y su precio ,ejemplo un vaso de cristal 30$. .....me pareció muy cutre ,yo es la primera vez que lo veo . El aparcamiento estaba 50 metros más abajo y que para entrar o salir tenías que pedir que te abrirían .....El único que se salva es Kevin el encargado , que intento lidiar con todo para estaríamos lo más contentos posibles ..... En resumen ,no repetiria
