Situé à deux pas de la mer, comme les autres complexes de la chaîne Spring Hoteles dans cette zone (Bitacora et Vulcano), l'Aroma Gran Hotel est un grand immeuble sans charme avec des piscines, des activités de loisirs, jardins etc. Il est le plus proche de la plage et le plus agréable des trois.

The quality of acts that come to the hotel are brilliant .
Everywhere was clean and the hotel is in a good location. Easily 4 stars but for the pool area.
The hotel goes to great lengths to advertise the fact that you cannot reserve sun beds. It's in the app and it's on the notice boards as you enter the area. Pool opens at 10am so we go out only to find all the pool side beds have towels on with no one to be seen. All the sun beds that are in the early sun have towels on them. All the empty beds were in the shade. If you're going to have a policy, you should enforce it. Reason for two stars is that when it was brought to the managers attention, she said they do enforce it. This was not true. Having been there all week, not once did the lifeguard whose job it was to clear the unattended beds between 9-10, actually did it. He spent more time watching tv on his phone than doing his job. It's accepted behaviour and it spoilt our pool days. Given that there is no beach, this was important. The hotel needs to do better.
Staff super profesional , habitaciones super bonitas y todo muy cerca de la parte guay de Adeje! Entretenimiento del hotel inmejorable...todo perfecto!
