Wer nachts ruhig schlafen möchte, wird hier möglicherweise ein Problem mit der Lautstärke bekommen, wenn die Zimmerfenster zur Strassenseite gehen.

The food and service by the staff was first rate. Our room was spotlessly clean and although not big had an excellent sea view. Check in and check out was easy with staff very attentive. The heated pools were well maintained with pool staff very attentive. It had excellent facilities for disabled people with a pool hoist and special sun beds for those in need.
The hotel is situated in a busy area with an Irish bar next ???? door which is very lively if you like what they offer. We preferred the Sax bar around the corner offering rock music.
The area is very good for walking as it is flat. Plenty of shops and bars nearby and taxis right outside the hotel if you want totravel elsewhere.
The weather in March is very good with plenty of sunshine.
We have stayed in many hotels and apartments in Tenerife and this was the best.
Things that need improving are the garish wallcovers over the beds. Two single beds need to be secured together. Lighting needs to be improved in the room as there are dark areas.
Aside from this a very good hotel and enjoyable stay. Recommended

Lors de notre arrivé, nous avons constater que la SDB n'était pas propre du tout, 3 cheveux retrouvé, robinetterie très sale plus miroir.
Je suis une ancienne femme de chambres et je peux vous dire que c'est inacceptable pour nous en france!!
Concernant la chambre très mignonne mais idem, sale beaucoup de poussiere et cheveux retrouvé. Nous l'avons signaler 4 fois à la reception et c'est seulement au bout du 4ème jour qu'ont nous a pris au serieux!! Les réceptionistes sont charmante ainsi que les hommes toujours avec le sourire mais ne tienne pas conte de vos soucis. La chef des femmes de chambres est donc venu voir une fois et nous a dit qu'elle prenait note et puis rebelotte le lendemain mais cette fois céetait une autre personne! La chambre à commencer à etre propre 2 jours avant notre départ!!!!!!!!!! En partant, le dernier jour nous leur avons dit qu'ont cherchait pas du luxe mais un minimum de propreter car ont n'avait quand meme payer assez cher et puis nous étions en voyage de noce. Autre chose, nous avons du réclamer notre bouteille de champagne qui devait etre la dans la chambre lors de notre arriver! Insonorisation des chambres un grand 0. Restaurant de l'hotel, pour le buffet c'est vraiment usine a fond et ont débarasse bien vite pour d'autre personnes. Mais le personnel est très agréabe surtout au restaurant pizzeria à thème!!! Animation le soir soit 22h ou 22h30, flamenco, show peroquet, show défiler de mode et show sur les aigles, bien.Et juste avant vous avez des animations pour enfants le soir.
