Had a great time except for some issues with cockroaches which is normal for the island

Recently had a holiday here with my family and was sadly disappointed. There were a number of rules at the pool were owners of apartments got preference on sunbeds. Also there's no inflatables allowed no jumping in or splashing for the kids the pool area was managed by one of there staff who unfortunately acted like a control freak and I witnessed 2 occasions were she was took to the management. I had a ground floor apartment nxt to the pool although it was clean it had a problem with cocroaches that I reported on 3 occasions but no one came out .my daughter was spoken to disrespectful by staff at the pool bar and my grandson was shouted at for backing out my mobility scooter as I wasn't confident to do .. I wouldn't advise anyone to book if u have kids

Increibles apartamentos en un gran complejo a pocos pasos de la playa. Hay mucho extrangero, ingleses y alemanes pero ellos van a lo suyo.

Disfrutar en Navidades a 22/26° es un lujazo, sol y baños, comida buenisima de la tierra, pescados, mojo y papas arrugas, pulpo a la vinagreta...pescados de la zona y muchos tipos de carnes.

Chapó por el equipo del hotel y un guiño muy especial a todo el equipo del restaurante/bar de la piscina. Decir que son simpaticos, agradables y que te hacen sentir como en casa es poco. Ademas la carta es supercompleta. Recomendado 100%

Although the room was big and well equipped it was well in need if a refurbishment - the same as the rest of the hotel. The location was perfect, near shops, bars and the beach. The beer in the hotel was reasonably priced in all 3 bars. The best thing about it was the staff in particular Joanna who is the pool attendant - nothing was too much trouble, she was so friendly and always smiling. Also, Chris who ran the pool bar single handed was equally as friendly and very efficient. We'll definitely stay there again.

Please don't make the same mistake we made. We have holidayed twice here before with another company who shares this complex. Thanks to Pueblo Torviscas we ended up in two roach infested apartments, D24 which had a great sea view, close to the beach & bars etc, we discovered to our horror it was infested at 5am, so packed up to move to another apartment A13. We found that this room was infested also. We reported this again to reception, they sent the security guard up with a can of insecticide. So we decided to stay there that night as we had no other choice. Awakened to find the infestation had returned just as bad as it previously was. Before we got to reception to report this we were called and told we had to be out of the apartment by 11am as it was booked for someone else. We were glad to get out of that room, so we packed up again & left our luggage in the left luggage, while we spoke to our tour operator regarding getting someone else to stay after only being offered the original room back D24 (which they had not fumigated). We returned at 5pm as our tour operator had not been able to gain a refund or resolution with the company to find they rented out the 1st room we were in D24 whilst we were away, so we were left with nowhere to stay. We then had to book other accommodation at very very short notice as we had no where to stay at our cost for the rest of our holiday. Our tour operator has since been in touch to tell us that the company has said they will refund us 3 days if we take this review down, even though we booked for a week & stayed if you can call it that for 2 days. PLEASE AVOID...

Faultless. Everything from staff to food to entertainment, the rooms are so clean and the whole place has such a high standard of cleanliness. Won't hesitate to come back.

Had a lovely time reception staff were very helpful rooms very clean would definitely stay here again .

Been twice this year booked again for next year.

Mooie ruime appartementen op 2 minuten lopen van het strand! Direct buiten het complex al diverse eettentjes en bar.
Twee lekkere zwembaden en super aardig personeel

Nice place, nice pools, great rooms, nice staff and just overall a nice place

Can't fault this place done a week here 6th to 13th Oct , beach 50 meters away, restaurants to hand ????, bars on site and cocktail bars all at hand , supermarket 2 mins away , absolutely beautiful location with everything you can need for a beach or nightlife holiday.
Some rooms are a bit dated , but my bed was perfect , balcony perfect , room C32 .

Loved this complex have booked again for next April. Can't wait.
