Brahim at the bar is amazing when ever I need something he always gets me a drink and always goes out his way to help me and my family. The service was great at all the al a crate restaurant the gaudi has out of this world food with all of the waiters are very attentive.

Estamos ahora mismo en el hotel y lo recomiendo al 100%. Diversión para mi hija con muchas actividades y tranquilidad para mí en estas vacaciones. Están remodelación el hotel así que supongo que el año que viene, estará mucho mejor!!!

Excelente atención por parte de todos los trabajadores, en todo momento pendientes de la limpieza. Muy recomendable
Estaban con obras y aún con eso casi no nos enteramos y pudimos disfrutar.

Last year was our 1st stay for my husband and I, at this FABULOUS hotel, please see my previous review.

This year (March 9th, 2024) we didn't hesitate to rebook the Meloneras Palace H10 hotel who serve delicious food in their restaurants. We very much enjoyed yet another week's relaxed, stunning holiday in the sunshine and warmth, which is just so wonderful at this time of year with the daytime temperatures ranging from 23-27c deg., which is amazing to believe that we are only 4.15 hours away from our local Birmingham airport in England!
Everything was just perfect from start to finish, including the very warm welcome from the staff and reception.

The location for us is ideal. We like to swim in the beautiful pools at this hotel, including the infinity one. There is also a small beach just across the road with loungers.
The lovely coastal boulevard-style walk along to the lighthouse, sand-dunes, bars/restaurants and shops area is very pleasant, with the warm, gentle breeze, where you can stop off for a nice, refreshing drink along the way. If you prefer, you can take a taxi from the hotel to other places of interest, such as
Puerto Mogen also, on this beautiful island of Gran Canaria.
The lovely, comfortable room we had this year had a large patio with attached lawn area, direct access to pools, outdoor bar and was surrounded with very pleasant, tropical plants/trees and gardens.

The evening, professional entertainment was good to look forward to every night, if you wished.

(Just to add, on arriving home, i reaIised I had inadvertently left my A5 size diary in the bedside drawer of our room!
After contacting the Reception, I was extremely happy to receive it in the post a few days later. The excellent cleaning staff had retrieved it and the very kind Customer Service staff organised and sent it to me direct, so many thanks to all concerned.)

It's not a 5-star experience, but that's some what expected given the price you pay. I'm not sure what criteria must be met in Spain for a hotel to gain 5 stars, though their standards would fall short of many other European countries. They force men to wear trousers at dinner jn the hotem which really is a little much in 30 degrees of heat. Also, why force men to wear trousers when there are no restrictions for the ladies. With all that said, we enjoyed our stay here. The food was quite good in the self-service restaurant, and standards were high in the fee paying restaurants. The pool areas and the hotel in general is very nice, the building exterior is very striking and uniquely styled. It's located in a quiet area beside a shopping centre in which half the area is closed but there are some great restaurants and bars within if you can get over the eerie emptiness. Staff in the hotel are mostly very nice and quite helpful if you have any issues.

proposé de pot d'accueil ni accompagné à la chambre, on s'est perdu dans les couloirs...
On avait réservé une chambre double vue mer mais attention,
on nous a donné une chambre au 2ème étage, bruyante et vue sur route et restaurant ! Dès le lendemain matin on a obtenu une chambre au 7ème étage ! Là c'est bien, calme et vue piscine et mer.
3 jours pour se repérer dans l'hôtel après c'est top !
Personnel sympa mais parlant très peu français. Le restaurant buffet est très bien.
La nourriture est correcte.
Les chambres également,bonne literie tout est très propre.
Assez de chaises longues à la piscine serviettes avec caution. Les piscines très belles ,jardin de cactus, le SPA agréable.
La plage en bas de l'hôtel pas top il faut aller 2km plus loin pour en profiter .
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !!

Acabamos de irnos y de verdad que acabamos de ver un espectáculo en recepción que no es de un hotel de 5 estrellas ,no se puede tratar así a unos clientes .Somos de palma y veníamos a pasar muchos fin de semana y se nos ha quitado las ganas .

Hemos estado 10 días hospedados en la zona privilege, muy contentos con el personal tanto de bares como de restauración al personal de habitación ,pero el segundo de recepción es la persona mas incompetente que te puedes encontrar ,nos ha fastidiado nuestro último día de vacaciones y ha hecho que no volvamos ,ya que teníamos pensado volver en navidad ,estas cosas hace resaltar lo malo como ,que entre horas no hay nada más que sándwich fríos para comer algo y los espectáculos estén encarados al público extranjero.Es una pena que personal así tire por tierra el trabajo de tanta gente .

Muy buen hotel. La comida bastante buena y los jardines espectaculares!

Super Hotel aber die Bar aussen passt nicht das Personal unfreundlich, überfordert man bekommt nicht einmal ein super Cocktail ich bin der Meinung das sich das für so eine Bar gehört

First visited this hotel in Nov 2021, decided to return for some winter sunshine, again an excellent stay, rooms, food, entertainment & all the staff were all superb in fact we wished we had booked 10 nights & not 7 so on our return we’ve booked again this time for 10 nights.

Premiere fois que je publie un avis pour dire que je suis déçue du service de cet hôtel. 10 euros par jour pour un local à velo sans eau... alors que le prix pour la semaine est de près de 7000 euros... pour 4 personnes. Nous avions deja regle 5 euros par jour pour ce service.Tout, sauf le sens du commerce. C'est regrettable...
