Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking – a panoramic vista that left us in awe. The spacious rooms provided ample comfort, and the attention to detail in their design was evident.

But what truly set this hotel apart was the impeccable service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Their helpfulness and friendliness made us feel like cherished guests, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

While the hotel is nestled away from the main city center, the affordable taxi fares made sightseeing a breeze. On one side, you’ll find the historic downtown area, steeped in character and stories of yesteryears. On the opposite end lies the glamorous West Bay, where modern skyscrapers touch the sky and the glittering waterfront dazzles. We explored the local attractions during our five-day stay, and each evening, we returned to the cozy embrace of this wonderful establishment.

Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. Whether you’re a couple seeking a romantic getaway or a family in search of adventure, this place will exceed your expectations. Prepare for an unforgettable experience – we certainly had one!

I am sorry but here i found the worst service ever in this hotel, in which i didn't expected because this is 5 star hotel, but not worth even single star hote. Summery of what i experienced is as follow: i arrived at 3pm, room was not ready. Checked in at 4.50pm. When checked in, no water, no tea, no coffee, no snacks. Found towels of previous customer inside cabinet!! Customer Service is very bad and There is no compensation or way to make us happy. My room was garden view but they gave me city vew which are old buildings for labour accommodation, so you cant enjoy the view also. Going between pool and hotel lobby and room is very difficult. I couldn't let my kids go alone because they can get lost. I was getting lost also there is no signed follow you where you want to go. So you need someone to help you which is rarely found by luck. The windows where not soundproof. At night when you sleep you can enjoy sound of cars and ambulances because HMC is nearby. I check the window is not properly fixed. How about the breakfast, was very very small and very limited items. But with plenty of flies. They put alot of fans to avoid flies but you cant eat food exposed outdoor to flies. Thats why no much people going to breakfast and prefer either order room service or going out. Wifi was not connecting at all. Giving message that the network is busy. Kids play area open at 2pm, so nothing to do after breakfast only we can go out or stay inside room. Please note that i stayed in alot of hotels and i got many advantages and disadvantages in many of them, however in this hotel the most disadvantages i got i didnt feel rest and we left early out of hotel after breakfast. I am very disappointed on the reception customer service they don't even care if you are happy or you need something. Even in check out, no one asked me if you enjoy the stay or not. So this hotel is not welcoming anyone.
