Cockroach found in the bathroom of our room. Mices as well. Very very noisy (directly on the road) so you hear cars all day long + we woke up at 5am due to a "birthday party" concert for 2 hours. Right in front of the hotel. The staff did not do anything to solve the situation. Me and other guests from the hotel went outside at 5am but the staff was nowhere to be seen, and did not try to solve the situation. When we complained to the manager, he said that 0 staff was on the property at 5am - the hotel is wide open and everyone can enter so it’s pretty scary to find out that your hotel is left open at night without surveillance. Given the price of the night, and the fact that this hotel was sold as being a "sueno" with peace and quiet, we feel robbed. The manager did not try to conciliate us, said that how cabanas were and that’s it. The minimum would have been to do a commercial gesture. For all prospective guests, please do not stay here, try to avoid the main road and find a hotel a bit further away. We discovered Zippolite and loved it

Came here on vacation with my sister & we had such an enjoyable time. I was a bit worried about the heat & no AC but it was fine, the breeze off the ocean plus the fans kept us comfortable.

All the employees were very friendly & accommodating, food was good & beverages were cold.

Right on the beach by the ocean, it was so peaceful & relaxing. Easy walk to many other restaurants & shopping + it’s only an 18 min walk from Mazunte.
I would suggest to friends & family 100%, also would stay here again.

La mejor opción de hospedaje en San Agustinillo. Las habitaciones muy limpias y funcionales, sólo deben de mejorar la parte del retrete. La comida que preparan está deliciosa y muy bien servida. La palapa con las hamacas y las sillas minis lo mejor, te puedes estar días enteros ahí. Mención especial para Angel, el mesero. Muy buena persona, super amigable

La comida del restaurante es rica y las bebidas también. Sirven suficiente, me parece también muy buena elección para pasar el día en San Agustinillo y consumir del restaurante.

La ubicación frente al mar esta genial. El personal es muy amable, el servicio de bebidas y comidas está bien en general y a precios razonables aunque podrían mejorar el menú. Si buscan un lugar para relajarse y descansar frente al mar, a unos cuantos pasos de sus habitación, este es el ideal.

Excelente lugar para desconectar y descansar, justo frente a la playa muy agradable para descansar leer, nadar o surfear justo en frente, muy Riva comida y servicio atento y amable

We had a lovely stay here. Our days spent relaxing by the beach were perfect, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, the food is delicious! The rooms towards the road are a little noisy but we preferred this location for the privacy. Highly recommend :-)

Fui únicamente a comer y tuve una experiencia muy grata, pedí unas brochetas de pescado y estuvieron espectaculares.
El servicio y los demás alimentos muy ricos y bien servidos.

המקום הכי שווה באיזור בפער. המסעדה מצויינת והשירות והאדיבות של לאו וחסוס היו מדהימים, ומקצועיים. החוף מותאם לרחצה עבור הילדים. בקיצור, לשריין מקום בלי להסס!

Very good experience. We had a cabin right att the beach. The cabin had no airconditioning and the bed was not the best we've had but other than that we had a great stay.
The service was great. We especially loved Leo ????.
Location was good. With the high temperatures we thought it was quite a long walk to mazunte so we used a taxi couple of times.
