Un hôtel confortable avec des chambres modernes et un service irréprochable. Une belle piscine, un Jacuzzi extérieur (eau chauffée), un salle de gym, un spa, une garderie, un superbe jardin tropical... Tout a été pensé pour vous permettre de vous détendre, jusqu'au restaurant de l'hôtel, l'Otocuma, où une douce musique live vous bercera pendant vos dîners aux chandelles. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Pros- Close to the Monteverde triangle and town center. The restaurant, Otocuma has amazing food, and most of the waiters and waitresses were polite and sincere, specifically Kiara. At the reception, Benjamin was helpful. The view is good and they have a small 10 minute trail through a garden which is a nice addition. The location, food at Otocuma and few staff members helpful nature are the only reasons I will rate this place any stars at all.

Cons-Very spotty Wi-Fi and this delayed the check-in process. Large group which came before and after us were given a room immediately but we waited for nearly 1.5 hours. When questioned, we were “upgraded” to an isolated dingy room which is behind the hotel and also was dark at night. There were dogs in the entrance and it made it difficult to get out of the room. They would not change the room even if you request for it.

Overall, this is an example of a hotel I will not consider in Monteverde if I want a relaxing experience.
