Outdated rooms. Dishwasher in my room didn't work. Pool is open until 11pm but at 7:30 pm there weren't any pool towels available. My 4 years old granddaughter was shivering and no one (pool staff) was able to assist me. I had to cover her with my clothes. My room was for 4 guests but only 2 bath towels and no sheets for the sofa bed. It took them more than an hour to bring us the stuff we needed. Definitely not a good vacation experience. Poor customer service.

Me and my fiance stayed here last year for our anniversary and really enjoyed our stay this year as we are getting married we booked the hotel for our few days honeymoon we are having a family emergency that is causing us to cancel the honeymoon we contacted the hotel only a few hours after the cutoff receptionist was very unsympathetic it is ridiculous to steal chargers for a night when you still had a week to book the room it's just greedy a credit was offered but why would we want to stay for such an unsympathetic hotel it's not like we don't want to come stay I know they will be renting the room out and making the money plus still charging us even though we very much enjoyed the hotel and the location that has left a bitter taste in our mouth in an area with lots of hotels and theme park based hotels there's no room for you to be greedy

DO NOT LET THEM SCHEDULE YOU FOR THEIR TIMESHARE PRESENTATION AND PROMISE YOU MONEY THAT WILL DISAPPEAR FROM THE CARD THEY GIVE YOU THERE IS NOTHING HONORABLE IN THAT. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY.

My husband will be leaving for Military duties next week, he will be gone for over four months so we decided to spend some quite , relaxing time away from home before he left. Being an ICU nurse I was glad for the short break, we were optimistic and excited when we arrived at the hotel. After checking in we were sent to the concierge desk for parking pass where we were met Kevin who spoke to us and offered us an option to attend what turned out to be a timeshare presentation for 90 minutes for a $200 gift card that can be used as a debit card at many different location. We agreed to attend the presentation which we thought would be on the same property, the next morning we realized we had to travel approximately 15 minutes away so we decided not to attend. While relaxing that morning we received a call in our hotel room the person on the other end said that they saw that we did not attended the presentation and would like to reschedule us for 1:15pm that day we didn't want to be rude so agreed. We spent approximately 1hr and 45minutes to attend this presentation and decided paying $60,000 for hotel rooms was not something we wanted to do at this time. We were provided with a $200 Mastercard we used the card on our way back to the hotel a total of $33.25 leaving a balance of $166.75. The evening we tried using the card in the hotel we were told it had a $0.00 balance by the Hilton staff, we went to the concierge desk and told them what happen they said they could not do anything about it we should come the next day and speak to the manager. That evening we called the number on the card we were told that the card was used in Atlanta, GA at a establishment name "PFT game stop". which I have googled there is no such place this at this point we don't know what happen. Concierge manager "Ivan" said he is looking into it so will come back here and update if anything changes. THIS IS A WARNING DON'T BE TRICKED AND RUIN YOUR VACATION LIKE WHAT HAPPENED TO US IT'S NOT WORTH THE TIME OR EFFORT WE ARE GLAD WE DIDN'T BUY INTO ANYTHING IF THESE PEOPLE CAN'T BE TRUSTED TO KEEP THEIR WORD AT $200 WHY WOULD I TRUST THEM TO KEEP THEIR WORD WITH $60,000 "RIDICULOUS'' LOST OF WASTE OF VALUABLE TIME AND ENERGY GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES.

Excellent hotel nice staff. Good drinks. It's Hilton what else can you expect? Clean and comfortable beds. We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom lock off. View was definitely not as good as the first time we stayed. Looking at the parking lot.

Great timeshare to relax in located across from Sea World. Big, comfy rooms with balconies and a great view. There are grills near the pool area so you can really enjoy family time. Staff is friendly and will move you from one area to another so yiu avoid long walks.

My family and I went on vacation for 7 days and stood here we were on the sandy building in room 5511 now the rooms are nice we had a 2 bedroom suite nice and spacious my problem with the room were the tvs super out dated no smart tv if we wanted to watch a movie we would have to go to the front desk area to take a dvd out of there rent machines which all the good and newest movies were always out idk I mean we were out most of the day but yeah it’s nice to go back and if u want to watch a movie with the family it’s hard since we were relying on dvds and also what was bad in our room was our shower there was no door on it all the water would end up all over the floor which sucked when we needed to use the toilet and the part we were most disappointed with was the customer service we could never get a hold of the front desk calling from the room or housekeeping I would have to go on google and call the number there to reach the operator to get help and some of the workers at the concierge could be kinda rude kinda ignoring us and act like they were doing something and couldn’t help us so we were pretty upset about this but the ones that did help they were great and very nice and as far as the location it was great everything is very close by

The pool area was probably the best experience of my trip. I had to constantly wipe my grandchildren feet after walking in my room. They would be black as tar on tge bottom of their feet. It all looked clean but obviously wasn't. The TV didn't work and had to be replaced . I had to sleep without pillows/sheets the first night on my pullout sofa. The manager on duty never returned my call about my complaints. I sent multiple messages to her.

I love this hotel we stay here several times on the past, this time great surprise They renovated the rooms looks fantastic wood floor and nice rug under the sleeper bybthe way fabulous sleeper master room excellent very spacious, complete kitchen , big ???? so I can enjoy the games.
Pool is incredible we can stay all day here
Market place is big xoffe and breakfast is good I didn't try anything else but people talk really good about the pizza.
Just a couple big BUT...
There's not a door in the shower so I have to use a towel to stop the water coming out
There's a big construction is pretty quit but nobody warning you about it
And front desk lady was nice but she talk to fast and feels like she want to finish with you as soon is possible, but nobody was on line behind me maybe because I was late around 8pm.
Housekeeping service is marvelous!!
Ask for missing sheets for the sleeper couple minutes and they were in my door I forgot to ask for towels and again couple minutes and they back my wife says they were really nice

This place is extremely outdated and hardly even deserves to be called a resort, as it falls far short of being a proper hotel. There are absolutely no amenities available, except for an overpriced mini store that only accepts credit cards and inconveniently closes early. The management insists on kicking guests out of their rooms by 10 am sharp and refuses to offer any late check-out options.

To make matters worse, they do not provide any shuttle services whatsoever, and their supposed discounts for nearby amusement parks are actually more expensive than purchasing tickets online directly from the parks themselves. The only positive aspect of this place is that they offer free parking for their guests.

I had the misfortune of visiting this resort due to a promotional offer, but it entailed enduring a three-hour sales pitch where they tried to sell me a time-share-like arrangement. After this experience, there is absolutely no way I would ever consider staying at this place again.
This establishment falls far short of the renowned Hilton quality standards; the name itself is the only aspect it shares with the esteemed Hilton brand.

One bedroom with king size bed. Bathtub, shower, two vanity sinks, washer dryer, TV in bedroom, larg sofa and full working Kitchen the only bad thing is the water tastes like skeptic swamp water no joke. Bring bottle water ????.

I am writing about an experience with Hilton Grande Vacations Marketing and Sales. When we checked in a sales representative asked my parents if they wanted to attend a sales presentation. My husband and I were already scheduled for one. I brought my parents along to be our sitter while we attended the sales presentation which was early in the morning. The sales guy named Carlos kept pressuring them and offered them a giftcard to seal the deal. They agreed to go and I had to wake up my 3 kids early to attend with all of us. We went to the presentation which was over 3 1/2 hours long (was only supposed to be 90 minutes). When we checked out to get our incentives they had no record of the offer of Carlos even offering them the incentive or a reservation for them. They spent their precious vacation time and we lost our babysitter for nothing. If you are offered anything upon check in don’t take it. The representative obviously got his little credit for offering it to my parents and did not properly input the information to the company. I’m shocked because this was a Hilton Brand. I would not trust this brand due to this incident.

Pros - Location, amenities, large room

King Studio had a kitchenette and balcony. We love the amenities, free Evian Water/Starbucks coffee, and free parking.

Can't really rate the room as it was not ready. I'm a HGV owner, but had to pay for my room because it would not let me book only 2 nights otherwise. I got a call from them the day before asking if I would attend an owners update, offered me a gift card etc. I declined. I requested an early check in and have been waiting hours for are room. Watching others get their room from the lobby. HGV is a scam. I asked them to buy back me out but they won't. I have points that I can never use because they are always booked. STEER CLEAR. They do not stand by their product and make false promises.
