In our six years visiting Sardinia this is absolutely the best prepared fish anywhere on the island - The chef is a creative genius- Absolutely delicious. The location is a little off the beaten track but we were intrigued by the amazing reviews so stayed the night nearby - I urge all food lovers to visit - before the chef is discovered by the Michelin folk. Also they bake possibly the best bread I’ve ever had in my life. The waitstaff have the NY cool edge of those you might find in a top rated Manhattan restaurant- but they soon warmed up. The chef was handsome and polite… We had an amazing octopus crocante appetiser and the most delicate Ombrina ceviche - Followed by an amazing whole grilled orata and steamed spigola - The prices are absolutely reasonable- half what we’ve paid for similar dishes elsewhere- Great and reasonable wine list - There is only one word left to say GO !

Consigliatissimo. Bel locale vicino al mare ma, soprattutto, chef bravissimo. Ottimo tutto quello che abbiamo assaggiato. Personale di sala molto cortese e disponibile. Applauso!

Una scoperta! Siamo stati due volte in questo ristorante durante il nostro soggiorno a Torre dei Corsari questa settimana. Tra gli antipasti, tutti ottimi, provate anche quello del giorno: ogni volta una piacevole novità! Ma assolutamente da non perdere è la fregola ai frutti di mare, abbondante e gustosissima!
Molto bella e curata la presentazione dei piatti. Personale cordiale, attento ad ogni necessità. Consigliatissimo!!
