We had to ask 3 times before i asked another waitstaff.
I was aware it was not part of the package but I would like to order and pay for cocktails.
It seem as she also told the other waitress to not bring over a cocktail menu either. But thankfully she did as the cocktails are amazing.
Never in 15 years of working in hospitality at all levels from Michelin kitchen to humble fine dining have I ever experienced a wait staff refuse to provide a menu. I am certain any owner would be happy to provide a service and welcome the additional income to cover costs associated with running their business.
Throughout the meal her demeanour towards us was appaling, rude glares and caught her on multiple occasions rolling her eyes.
Service from the other waitstaff 5/5
Food 3/5 very underwhelmed
Cocktails and mocktail 5/5
Music and ambiance 4/5
After raising concern with another waiter or the floor manager he was incredible towards us. Took us to private room, and offered a complementary drink to resolve the situation. Sadly I did not catch his name but would like to thank him.
