Wont be staying here again. Rooms are nice and spacious however, there were so many flies in the room you could see them everywhere and on everything and the room smelled like sewers no matter how many times we tried to open the windows and spray perfumes. Bed is alright but certain amenities were not found in the room we had to call and order them. Service is actually decent and staff was very friendly and they have a nice coffee shop and market downstairs but the hotel location was awful in terms of entry and exit you have to take loops just to get to and from the hotel. Fyi the hotel in general had a certain theme (S&M) that attracted certain type of people which didnt suit me personally. All arab guys are there so beware arab ladies lol.

地理位置好，靠近市中心，顶楼泳池可以很好的看到downtown哈利法塔景观，但是服务乏善可加，没有什么服务，礼宾不会帮忙拿行李，开车门，只是在门口闲聊，玩手机，餐厅的服务员也不专心工作

This is my second time staying at SLS and despite my husband warning me about the valet service and check out i said nooooo that was a long time ago. Surely they changed since then. Boy i was wrong!

The website says 5 star hotel and trust me the rooms are amazing and spacious but the service!!!! It is a motel service not even a 3 star hotel service. I have made a solid decision to never come back again.
If you make the mistake of staying at SLS, dont bother calling anyone asking for anything because you will get it the next day!

Very very slow and no one seems to care enough about customers and frankly it is funny because they keep forgetting dubai is filled with hotels that are just better!

PS this was my small staycation because i haven’t traveled in 6 months.

During my recent visit to Dubai, I had the opportunity to stay at the SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences, and it proved to be a highlight of my trip. The hotel itself is a visual masterpiece, towering elegantly over the cityscape with a design that marries contemporary luxury with sophisticated charm. But beyond its aesthetic appeal, the true excellence of SLS Dubai lies in its impeccable service and staff.

From the moment I arrived, the professionalism of the hotel staff was evident. Their attentiveness and efficiency were unmatched, ensuring that every request I made was fulfilled promptly. This responsiveness was particularly appreciated during moments when I needed quick service, and never once did I feel overlooked or had to endure long waits.

The security at the hotel was also commendable. I felt safe throughout my stay, thanks to their diligent measures and the discreet presence of security personnel. Another aspect of their thoughtful service was the flexibility of the room cleaning schedule. One morning, I forgot to remove the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, and instead of missing the service, the cleaning staff accommodatingly returned in the evening to tidy up the room.

Furthermore, the lift attendants at SLS Dubai deserve a special mention for their perpetual courtesy and friendliness. They consistently greeted me with smiles and were quick to assist with the elevator doors, which added a layer of charm to each encounter.

Worst hotel ever!!!! I have a refund request passed one month and they still didn’t credit it to my account. Called them several times they don’t know how to operate staff and management .

I arrived at the hotel and booked a 6-night large suite. On the first day, they were all nice to you. The next day, they forgot who you were and did not provide you with the things you wanted, and the room service was very slow compared to other hotels. Really disgusted. Don't think about spending a night in this hotel, because it only serves specific people. More than 4 hours of time were wasted for repairs. Do not think about this hotel, do not book this hotel if you want respect and comfort.

Of course, you will see everyone praising the hotel, but in reality their service is very bad (their service) and room service is very slow, from one to two hours, I don’t know why! Because I am a man? Advice: If you want a happy (and honorable) trip and stay, do not take a single step into this bad hotel.

Hotelul este impresionant. Noi am avut un duplex cu 3 camere. Cel în care am stat, sincera sa fiu ar avea nevoie de unele reparații și îmbunătățiri. Am beneficiat, ca să zic asa de Wildecard, iar dacă era sa plătesc 5000 euro nu as fi fost foarte încântată. Mobilierul este usor deteriorat pe alocuri, masa din living pătată, iar frigiderul necurățat.
Insa partea de curățenie este la superlativ, zilnic se schimba prosoapele, lenjeria dacă vrei... etc.
View-ul este impresionant, prin prismatic faptului ca am fost la etajul 45. Sunt constructii in desfasurare, încă nu sunt finalizate foarte multe clădirea, insa eu una sunt foarte multumita dr experienta per total.

Terrible hotel. AVOID! The managers in the building are ignorant. The service in this hotel is poor. The rooms have a horrible smell in them. And the managers refuse to give us another room. No one cleans the rooms during the day. I have to be the cleaner of our own rooms. It’s ridiculous. We are paying for a service that is not getting done. We have to call housekeeping over 5 times daily to clean the room and it STILL DOES NOT CLEANED. This hotel will go out of business soon for treating their customers like this.

Every single day my house keeping was not done. I am tired of always going to the lobby to ask them what is going on because nobody picks up the internal phone line for guests. I called more than 10+ and still don’t get anyone to pick up the phone. Seems as though they are lacking staff. Very unprofessional. Told me that housekeeping will be there in 15 minutes but I waited 2 hours everyday in my room. Wifi is also very bad. I don’t recommend. It’s a cheap hotel. Staff have no manners.
