We found a bed bug in one of the pillows this is very unhygienic and unacceptable they did nothing and they said only they will refund 10% of what we paid and our room was the suite , will not recommend anyone to come to this hotel , serious health investigation should be done. .

That was elegant and unique design like as Arabian design .
It has a very prime location in the main boulevard in downtown ( the best location)
With very helpful and skilled and kind staff
Bed was so comfortable and There was a pleasant smell everywhere
In addition pool and hotel’s restaurants were admirable
Every things was fine،
Including negative points The washing sink was not very clean , stand shower it was not very comfort, but The worst point was that the room was not clean The carpet in the room was not swept at all and I expected more for a hotel with this high score and this price

سيء جدا نظافة الغرف صفر ، قديم ومعدل عليه كثير ، جيت ولقيتهم يجددون البويه ومسكنينا بنفس الطابق ، قيمته غالي مايستاهل ربع قيمته صراحه ، الميزه الوحيده الي فيه قريب من دبي مول مشي ، جيت في رمضان واخترت الغرفة مع السحور وزدت ١٠٠٠ ريال للاسف واكتشفت ان السحور معلبات بيض و جبن
وازعاج من الصبح وتسمع الدريل للاسف الفندق مايستاهل نجمه ولا يستاهل ١٠٠ ريال باليوم انا انخدعت فيه للاسف واضاءته سيئة جدا والفرشه تحس من كثر الوصخ الي فيها يابسه لها الف سنه

I would not recommend this hotel at all. The ongoing reconstruction caused excessive noise from early morning, the room service was poor, and the bathroom was extremely dirty. I believe it hasn't been cleaned properly in the last six months. I will attach photos of the bathroom here.

زرت دبي في بداية مارس واقمت في هالاوتيل الرائع جداً اربع ايام كانت من اروع الاجازات اللي قضيتها في دبي الاطلاله رائعه خدمة الغرف رائعه الموقع قريب جداً جداً من دبي مول اطلع له مشي ممكن ٧ دقايق بدون سياره اقرب شي تدخلون لدبي مول من عند سوق البحار موقع الاوتيل روعه وبوفيه الافطار راقي جداً الاوتيل للأمانه رائع ومافي اي سلبيات من خدمة غرف استقبال نظافة غرفه كل العاملين فيه رائعين موظفات الاستقبال جميلات مهذبات راقيات جداً بإذن الله كل ماازور دبي الجميله راح تكون اقامتي في هالاوتيل شكراً ستاف بوليفترذ اوتجراف

We had an absolutely wonderful time celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we stepped into the reception area, Terry, the friendly and helpful receptionist, made us feel welcome and assisted us with everything, right up until check-out. The ambiance of the hotel was so relaxing, and we particularly loved the comfort of the mattress. Unfortunately, I don't have the brand name of the mattress, but I hope you could reach out to me for that information.

We want to express our gratitude to Terry for going above and beyond to enhance our experience.

Furthermore, the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Although it was not included in our initial booking, we decided to try it once and ended up going back the next day. The breakfast was a delightful combination of special and modern dishes.

A special thank you goes to Chef Mohammad Maki and we hope to have the opportunity to see him again when he visits Maccah.

Spent two nights there, no complains whatsoever. Friendly staff and very helpful. The location is perfect. The price was relatively reasonable. Didn’t use the facilities nor the restaurant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out.

Wir hatten ein tollen Aufenthalt in diesem sehr zentral gelegenen Hotel mit einem mega Frühstücksbuffet. In 15 Minuten Spaziergang steht man am Burj Khalifa. Das Personal war sehr nett u. zuvorkommend. Terry von der der Rezeption hat uns bei einem Problem mit einem gebuchten Ausflug sehr nett geholfen. Wir hatten um ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken gebeten, das wurde uns erfüllt. Wir konnten am Abreisetag kostenlos länger in unserem Zimmer bleiben, weil der Flieger erst abends ging. Wir würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Disturbing construction noise in all building all the day, since it became autograph boulevard, everything is awful it term of services and customer care , rooms are so tiny and shower has serious problem , there is water leakage from washroom door to the room. and no one cares . Waste of money.
