Spent a night there a few years back (end of January 2021) and it’s wonderful… the rooms are so comfortable and the service is impeccable.

My husband and I stayed at here March 30-31 and April 6-9. Our experience was truly perfect. The staff was wonderful and friendly our personal favorite was Yusuf at the front door. He was so warm, and helpful whenever we had questions.

Everyone we encountered from the young man who checked us in on both of our stays (I don't know his name but he was very fast and efficient), to the wait staff, security and butlers were exceptional. We were truly impressed with the level of service we received.

Amazing hotel, loved the room, loved the service.

And Sabir the janitor was extremely friendly and everything in the lobby & toilets was TOP NOTCH cleaned ALL the time!

Also the staff at the lobby bar was very very friendly!

A very beautiful restaurant with jazz music and an amazing atmosphere. A very large selection of wines and excellent appetizer options. The most pleasant place in the St Regis Hotel, in my opinion
