Das Pullman Jumeihra Lakes ist eher ein 5Sterne Hotel der unteren Klasse (kein Vergleich zu zB den Conrad-Hotels), wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden hier. Die Lage direkt an der Metro ist klasse, das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch das Abendbuffet. Auch konnten wir ein Mittagessen im Manzoni Restaurant genießen, sehr lecker und ansprechend serviert (Holzofenpizza!).
Zimmer, besonders das Bad könnte etwas renoviert werden (Fugen etc), jedoch ist alles sehr sauber und großzügig gestaltet, die Betten sind sehr groß und bequem! Wir würden wieder hier übernachten!

This is not my first time in the hotel but the service, team and cleaning are the top.
Their priority was to ensure that the guests were happy and satisfied.

Rose and Ranjana and Chamandi Zar work House Keeping. They are true professionals, polite and hard workers. I have been at Pullman JTL for four days and my room is clean, well supplied and I would recommend wpthis hotel to my friends and associates.

Hotel location and view is very good, Rooms are very neat and clean, Kranthi was the housekeeper who has cleaned room very well.

Location ok but the rooms leaves much to be desired. For a 5 star hotel, I did not expect leakages in bathrooms and poor sanitary conditions. On my trip Dubai, I stayed in 3 different hotels in different locations in all 5 stars and this was my least favorite. Although it's in Jumeirah and was the sole purpose of booking, I could have gone for better options and services for the price. I left there disappointed

Camere pulite e ampie, con tutto a disposizione dell'ospite, dal ferro da stiro, al phon, fino a spazzolini, salviette e tanto altro.
Personale sempre disponibile e cordiale.
La piscina al 35° piano è la ciliegina sulla torta, è ben tenuta e ampia, nonostante non abbia un alto numero di lettini
La posizione è ottima perché a due passi dalla metro e dalla stazione del tram, facili per raggiungere le zone più importanti di Dubai. Certo un po' scomoda se devi usare la macchina o il taxi, il giro da fare per raggiungere la strada provinciale è un po', ma niente che non si possa fare.

Fell in love with the place the moment I checked in, thanks to Mario for making a smooth check in.
The rooms where nice and clean, and really love the bed. Additional plus points on the pillows.
Dining experience was superb, thanks to Melanie for taking good care of me. Would really recommend the Italian restaurant they have. Tastes authentic.
Executive lounge has a good selection of drinks.

I would like to specially mention the professionalism, generosity and kindness of House Keeping Manager Jamshad, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing warm hospitality, hot chocolate and cake. Jamshad graciously accommodated me for the night at the Pullman after all attempts to find me transport home failed. I was offered complimentary toiletries and cozy bedroom slippers and a safe place to sleep over. Wow, I did not expect that!
The highlight was waking up in the morning to a surprising complimentary buffet breakfast, served with a smile by the superb staff.
A heartfelt thank you to Pullman Hotel and Jamshad for turning an inconvenience into a memorable experience!.
I also wish to thank Anaas for his superb assistance in finding me transportation home the next morning. Thanks for your concern, I felt so relieved!
Pullman Hotel JLT, I have been completely flabbergasted by your hospitality, generosity and humanity shown to me in those unfortunate circumstances. I will be most definately back soon with a group of friends for dinner at your amazing seafood restaurant!
