Visited this hotel 7 years ago it was a great experience

Jumeirah is another word for Luxury

I spoke for the water, first day they gave me in a normal botel, they didn’t charge, another day i was sitting In lounge i order for water, then they didn’t tell me anything and served me and charged 32 aed. How come?
This is not matter of price they should tell to customers before!

Super location with a moltitude of restorant inside Iapprecieted so much

Great experience, service, ambience, food. Special thanks to Monica and Karan for their prompt action and help when needed.

The hotel would be a good choice ( given its location and competitive rates), if it wasn’t for the noise (i.e. loud music) coming from the restaurant which can be heard also in the upper floors until the wee hours

This hotel is located in Emirates Tower and next to futuristic iconic Museum of the Future.
Here is the ideal place for someone who wants to visit Dubai as well as who is interested to work directly with government Dubai and HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid.
Actually Emirates Tower is closed to WTC Dubai and office of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as King and Ruler of Dubai as well as Prime Minister and Vice President of UAE. Not just of HH his officials are here, in Emirates Tower are many Dubai government departments, bank branches or cafés ready for business meetings (ground floor, 1st floor).
I was recently in restaurant of the Hotel with a group of friends and colleagues by a Iftar dinner in holy month of Ramadan.

Dieses Hotel befindet sich im Emirates Tower und neben dem futuristischen, ikonischen Museum der Zukunft.
Es ist der ideale Ort für jemanden, der Dubai besuchen möchte und daran interessiert ist, direkt mit der Regierung von Dubai und S.H. Scheich Mohammed bin Rashid zusammenzuarbeiten.
Tatsächlich liegt der Emirates Tower in der Nähe des WTC Dubai und des Büros von S.H. Scheich Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, dem König und Herrscher von Dubai sowie Premierminister und Vizepräsident der Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate. Nicht nur S.H.s Beamte sind hier, im Emirates Tower gibt es auch viele Regierungsabteilungen von Dubai, Bankfilialen oder Cafés, die für Geschäftstreffen bereitstehen (Erdgeschoss, 1. Stock).
Ich war kürzlich mit einer Gruppe von Freunden und Kollegen im Restaurant des Hotels bei einem Iftar-Abendessen im heiligen Monat Ramadan.

Здесь находятся не только его должностные лица, но и многие правительственные ведомства Дубая, отделения банков и кафе, готовые к деловым встречам (цокольный этаж, 1-й этаж).
Недавно я был в ресторане отеля с группой друзей и коллег на ужине ифтар в священный месяц Рамадан.

Attend Iftar , it was great very big but little crowded, price could be less

Excelente hotel, habitaciones cómodas y agradables. Tiene entrada directa a museo del futuro y a la plaza comercial de emirates towers.

I had high expectations but nothing much significant compared to other 5 star hotels

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war sehr angenehm. Ein phaszinierendes Bauwerk und beeindruckende Hotelhalle. Die Zimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Tee und Kaffeekocher, genug Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war ganz lecker. Frische Säfte, leckeres Müslibuffet und eine Bratstation für Omeletts gab es auch. Riesige Auswahl von allem. Das Personal hatte immer ein Lächeln übrig und der Service war top. Komme gerne wieder.

È già la seconda volta che io e mia moglie torniamo in questo hotel. Come la prima volta ci siamo trovati benissimo. Questa volta eravamo nella family suite: camera ampia ben arredata con vista sul museo del.futuro e sullo skyline di dubai.
Colazione super con ogni cosa che si possa desiderare. Personale estremamente gentile soprattutto quello all esterno dell'albergo.

Very nice ambience

Must say this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! the staff couldn't do enough to help. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. All the small things have been thought of, many many hotels could take a leaf out of this hotel. Absolutely perfect!

Zimmer im 19. Stock mit guter Aussicht. Allerdings waren die Fahrstühle deutlich hörbar.

a terrible experience. We booked a table for iftar at Mi Amie but when we arrived we were told there is no iftar only brunch after 7pm, iftar possible only opposite in Majlis, there was a long queue so I went to the desk to ask if the tables walk in are available or just upon reservation. queue waiter lady impolitely told me that i need to stand in the queue. I replied that i understand and not planning to skip the queue but i don’t want to stand in the queue waiting if they have no tables without reservation. She said yes we have tables without reservation but you need to stand in the queue. We stood to learn that there are no tables without reservation and there is a waiting list on the side. I asked how can i file a complaint but it was possible only with the manger who was busy with addmitting guests. So as we were fasting we left, we went to the reception as asked about dates and water, but the reception had no idea what i’m asking for sent me to the restaurant in the middle of the ground floor. The waiter at the restaurant said that we need to pay for the dates and water so i said ok, than they went missing not bringing it.

Just woaw! What a great experience here in the Emirates Towers Hotel. We stayed two nights on 34th floor. Free valet parking. Breakfast from heaven. Room service was delicious. Very clean and extraordinary room. We will definitely come again! Thanks.

Late checkout until 11PM was 700 AED.

- during checkout, the two Gentlemen from the reception seemed to make fun of us, as there was a misunderstanding about room service payment. Its a bit sad, they left us with a bad feeling...

Parfait

Hôtel parfait. Tout y est agréable. Le personnel est très agréable, toujours aux petits soins. Très bien situé car permet d'aller partout assez rapidement. Gros avantage également, vous pouvez bénéficier des plages privées et piscines des autres établissements de la chaîne.

Un hôtel parfait pour ceux qui aiment la sécurité. Au coeur du quartier financier il ne possède donc pas de plage mais vous avez accès au Wild Wadi et aux plages des autres hôtels de la chaine
