Perfect staff, very helpful and good breakfast. The rooms are great and well cleaned…
Because of the location, you need a taxi. But they are everywhere and cheap…

Hyde Hotel Dubai 5* - это хороший и современный отель, расположенный в самом центре района Бизнес-Бэй, из которого открывается прекрасный вид на Дубай канал и небоскребы, включая вид на Бурдж Халифу.
Плюсы данного отеля:
- в ресторане “CLEO” проходят отличные завтраки и ужины по системе “Half Board”, где представлен большой ассортимент различных вкусных блюд, а также включены бесплатные чай, кофе и соки;
- в отеле хорошая спа-зона (хамам и сауна - бесплатно; массаж - платно);
- отличный открытый бассейн с панорамным видом на Дубай канал, Бурдж Халифу, а также небоскребы района Бизнес-Бэй;
- ежедневно курсирует бесплатный шатл (автобус) по маршруту Hyde hotel - Dubai Mall - City Walk - Kyte Beach;
- ежедневная уборка номера категории Deluxe Studio;
- персонал на ресепшен и в ресторане отеля очень приветливый!
Минусы данного отеля:
Мы их не увидели несмотря на тот факт, что в период с ноября 2022 по март 2024 мы останавливаемся в этом отеле уже второй раз. Надеемся еще раз вернуться в данный отель!
Пожелания администрации отеля:
По возможности прошу запустить бесплатный шатл от Hyde Hotel до Dubai Outlet Mall, хотя бы один раз в 2-3 дня.

Me and my family’s recent stay at Hyde Hotel, located in the bustling Business Bay area of Dubai, was an absolute delight. The hotel, which opened its doors in 2021, exudes elegance and sophistication from the moment you step inside.

The interiors are simply stunning, with modern yet chic décor that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Every corner is meticulously designed, reflecting the opulence and luxury that Dubai is renowned for. The attention to detail is evident, and it truly enhances the overall experience.

What truly sets Hyde Hotel apart is its exceptional service. The staff members are incredibly attentive, courteous, and always ready to cater to your every need. From the moment me and my family checked in to the moment we checked out, we witnessed impeccable hospitality.

The location of the hotel is another highlight. Situated right at the Dubai canal, it offers breathtaking views of the iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai skyline. We were fortunate enough to stay in the VIP room with a panoramic view of both the Burj Khalifa and the canal, and it was truly spectacular. Especially during the month of Ramadan, witnessing the high rises illuminated against the night sky was a mesmerizing experience.

Overall, our stay at Hyde Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. Whether you're visiting Dubai for business or leisure, we highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service, stunning interiors, and great location. It's a true gem in the heart of the city.
