Had a great stay here last week the staff were extremely helpful and provided a fantastic service, Sandiya on the front desk was very helpful with sorting out our rooms as well as allowing us to use her account on Careem for travel around the city. Overall we had an amazing stay, the bar, the food, the breakfast, the staff they were all amazing. Thank you for making stay in Dubai a memorable one and would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

Хороший отель, но не 4 звезды. Отель и номера чистые, горничные хорошо работают. Персонал приветливый и улыбчивый, непонятных и напряжённых ситуаций не было. Питание брали завтрак и ужин, ужин можно поменять на обед (это удобно). Кормят в трёх ресторанах, лучший из них ресторан Boston, шведские столы не сильно богаты разнообразием но голодными не оставят. Бассейн на пятом этаже так себе, один раз в нём были в первый день по прилету, но лучше это море ????. До пляжа Ля Мэр возил и забирал автобус, пешком до пляжа где-то 2 км. Пляж хороший, чистый, вода тоже чистая и в апреле приятная, для сравнения были на пляже Марина, там прибрежная полоса узкая, очень много людей, вода не такая чистая как на Ля Мэр. Отдыхом за такие деньги остались довольны, объездили почти весь Дубай, купили одежду, сладости, в Дубае есть, что посмотреть, отель Джумейра Ротана оставил нормальное впечатление.

Worst iftar dinner ever. Very poor quality food, bad taste, amateur cooking, bad ambience. Not recommended at all.

We went for Roof top Iftar.....
Food is not good at all.... please don't waste your money and enjoy something else.

Today 10 people we went for iftar on the pool area
It was good service, but low food quality, esp for beef steak , we asked the chef on the station to refill cheese cake and kunafa, he ignored us, after that I found piece of glass in the food and I asked for the manager, he came his name Mr Kashef and I informed him about the glass in the food the missing items on the buffet and the quality of the steak and after 1 hour while we were leaving the chef came and apologized and asked if they bring the sweets now. I told him it's too late we are leaving already it was 9 pm and I can't eat it in the elevator

Thank you for Rosalie, Simran, Bilal, and the Guy with eyeglasses in breakfast (i think he’s the manager) all of you deliver exceptional service! Make our stay become amazing.

Good hotel and clean room, only the location little bit far from main city. But overall everything is nice.

كانت تجربه سيئه لى ولعائلتى فى إفطار رمضان الطعام كان باردا والطعم سيئ جدا والجودة سيئة للأسف قائمه الطعام ليست المكتوبة فى القائمه على الموقع لا يستحق قيمة مقابل السعر

Хочу поделиться своими впечатлениями от этого отеля:
Комнаты чистые, хотя для меня минус, когда в отелях не открываются окна. В Целом все отлично, удобные комнаты, два ресторана в отеле. Рядом с отелем самый туристический магазин по маленьким ценам - гифт шоп. Если вам не нравится еда в отеле - в шаговой доступности замечательные места! Стоит только перейти дорогу. Локация замечательная. Близко к пальме, даунтауну. Советую как хороший бюджетный вариант!

لقد قمت بالحجز بالفندق عن طريق موقع اجادو لليله بتاريخ 15الي16 من شهر 2 وعند وصولي للفندق وجدت ان الحجز تم لايام اخري قام الفندق اعطائي غرفه بديله ومكثت لمدة يومين وقال لي راسل موقع اجادو قمت بمراسلت الموقع والفندق تهرب الاثنين من تحمل المسوليه كون الحجز مدفوع ورفضو تأجير او تعديل التواريخ او اعطائي تعويض

We had a very nice experience at this Hotel in January 2024. The room was clean and spacious and the reception staff was very kind. We had all inclusive package and we can say that the food was delicious and the portions were large. The fact that the lunch and dinner were at the Boston Bar was amazing. The staff there was very kind and we thank them for that.
We definitely recommend this Hotel for your next trip to Dubai. It's a bit far from the city center, but all the services offered here make up for it.

My stay at Jumeira Rotana was not a pleasant one…
The room was well overdue a renovation, very old standard, bad air quality, only one electrical socket. There was rain one day during my stay, the water poured thru the window and soaked the carpet flooring. The toilet was flushing continuously now and then, very annoying at night… There is a desk/worktop, but no chair, only a sofa.
For some reason my room card stopped working almost every time I went out, even tho I kept it separate from my phone. They never managed to fix this issue…
The windows had a view straight into the neighbor.
Gym was very bad equipped, and honestly didn’t look like it was cleaned properly for a long long time. Some of the dumbbells had a layer of human grease on it…
This hotel charges a premium price, but sadly delivers similar to a 2-star hotel. I have stayed in this area a lot for work, definitely recommend you to find something else. There is several hotel with much better standard at the same price point in this area…!
